Odoo Payment Provider Extra Fee<\/strong><\/a> helps businesses handle payment costs by letting them set fees for all payment providers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can put the same fee for all payments of a provider, or turn on Advanced Extra Fees to give each payment method its own fee. This gives full control and flexibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s perfect for businesses in many regions because the Odoo Payment Provider Extra Fee automatically adds the right fees when customers pay, keeping everything correct and clear.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Installation<\/strong><\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

    1. Once you purchase the App from Webkul store, you will receive a link to download module’s zip<\/strong> file<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Extract the file on your system after download finishes. As a result, you will be able to see a folder named- \u2018odoo_payment_provider_extra_fee<\/strong>‘.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Copy and paste this folder inside your Odoo Add-Ons path<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Now, open Odoo App<\/a> and click on the Settings menu. Here, click on Activate Developer Mode<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Then, open Apps menu and click on \u2018Update Modules List<\/strong>.\u2019<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    6. In the search bar, remove all the filters and search \u2018odoo_payment_provider_extra_fee<\/strong>‘.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    7. You will be able to see module in the search results. Click on \u2018Activate<\/strong>\u2019 to install it.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Workflow<\/strong><\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

      Configuration of Odoo Payment Provider Extra Fee<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. After installing the Odoo Payment Provider Extra Fee module, go to Website > Configuration > Payment Providers<\/strong> to start managing extra payment charges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      2. Select any payment provider from the list to configure its extra fee settings. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

      This will open the provider\u2019s configuration page, where you can manage additional charges using the Odoo Payment Provider Extra Fee<\/strong> module.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      3. Enable the \u201cAdd Extra Fees\u201d<\/strong> option in the configuration. Once enabled, an Extra Fee Configuration<\/strong> tab will appear next to the Configuration tab of the payment provider.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      4. Open the Extra Fee Configuration<\/strong> tab to set the Fixed Domestic Fees<\/strong> and Fixed International Fees<\/strong> at the provider level.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      5. If you want to add extra fees directly from the payment method, enable the Advanced Extra Fees Option<\/strong> in the configuration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      There, you can add the Payment Method<\/strong> and set Fixed Domestic Fees<\/strong> and Fixed International Fees<\/strong> for the added payment method. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

      This helps you manage separate charges for each method as per your business needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
