    1. Once you purchase the App from Webkul store, you will receive a link to download module’s zip<\/strong> file<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Extract the file on your system after download finishes. As a result, you will be able to see a folder named- \u2018payment_saferpay_refund’<\/strong>(you can get the technical name from odoo app of the respective module)\u2019<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Copy and paste this folder inside your Odoo Add-Ons path<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Now, open Odoo App and click on the Settings menu. Here, click on Activate Developer Mode<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Then, open Apps menu and click on \u2018Update Modules List<\/strong>.\u2019<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    6. In the search bar, remove all the filters and search \u2018payment_saferpay_refund<\/strong>\u2019<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    7. You will be able to see module in the search results. Click on \u2018Install<\/strong>\u2019 to install it.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      W<\/strong>orkflow<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

      1. After installing Odoo Direct Refund from Saferpay, you need to open the customer invoice in orders. There, you will see a button for Credit Note.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        Click on that if your payment is completed, then you will see a tag of paid on the credit note.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        2. After generating the credit note, go back to the customer invoice and click on\u00a0 Saferpay Refund button. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

        It will ask you for a \u00a0<\/strong>Refund Reason <\/strong>to maintain records; without giving a reason, you can not proceed further.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        3. When the refund payment is done. You can check the refund payment in the transaction. The state of the payment will be confirmed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Here, the refund reason you had entered is also visible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        4. \u00a0All your refund payments will be linked to the original payment, as it\u2019s a Child Transaction.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
