Negative refund lines are generated once requests are confirmed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Furthermore, it includes validations to prevent incorrect or duplicate returns, ensuring accurate post-sale handling and complete control.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wk-index-wrap\"><div class=\"block-wrap\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading index-title\"><strong>Features<\/strong><\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You can enable returns and exchanges in POS<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Set product-level return eligibility easily<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Define return policies in backend settings<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Send approval emails automatically to users<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create refund lines with negative quantities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It shows the request status clearly in POS<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You can track request status from the POS and backend<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add and manage reason options for each return\/exchange request in POS<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wk-index-wrap\"><div class=\"block-wrap\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading index-title\"><strong>Installation<\/strong><\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Once you purchase the App from Webkul store, you will receive a link to download <strong>module&#8217;s zip<\/strong> <strong>file<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Extract the file on your system after download finishes. As a result, you will be able to see a folder named- \u2018<strong>pos_rma\u2019<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Copy and paste this folder inside your <strong>Odoo Add-Ons path<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Now, open <a href=\"https:\/\/store.webkul.com\/Odoo.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Odoo App<\/a> and click on the Settings menu.
