Features in Shoppable & Live Videos Multivendor Marketplace<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Sellers will be able to take advantage of the features listed below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Live Streaming Integration<\/strong>: Go live from a desktop and display products in real-time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Shoppable Video<\/strong>: Viewers can click on products featured in the video and buy them without leaving the video.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Real-Time Product Sync<\/strong>: Automatically updates inventory as purchases happen during the stream.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Analytics Dashboard<\/strong>: Track live streams, Products, videos, and your digital storage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How to activate this feature app?<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

To get this feature, you need to install the Shoppable & Live Videos App on your Shopify store.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once done, visit the Feature App section in the Multivendor Marketplace and activate this featured app.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Configuration in Shoppable & Live Videos Multivendor Marketplace<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Admin Panel<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

After you activate the featured app, the system creates a new \u201cShoppable & Live Videos Configuration\u201d<\/strong> section in the configuration menu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The admin must enable it to make it available for sellers to use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can grant permissions to sellers from the admin portal, allowing them to either create shoppable videos, do live streams, or use both features<\/strong>, based on the access you provide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Note: Please note that any changes made to the Shoppable & Live Videos configuration will apply only to newly onboarded sellers. Existing sellers who are already using <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Shoppable & Live Videos will not be affected. If you want to update permissions for existing sellers, you can do so directly from the Staff section within the Shoppable & Live Videos Shopify app.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Seller Panel<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once the admin enables this feature, sellers must activate it from their own seller panel as well.
They can do this by going to the Configuration<\/strong> >> Shoppable & Live Videos configuration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After enabling it there, they will be able to use the Shoppable & Live Videos app features as permitted (shoppable videos, live streaming, or both).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once the seller enables Shoppable & Live Videos from the seller panel, the system displays a dedicated button in the header bar, providing direct access to the Shoppable & Live Videos dashboard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Clicking this button will redirect the seller to the Shoppable & Live Videos Dashboard, where they can manage live streams and shoppable videos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now, the seller can start adding products to the Shoppable & Live Videos dashboard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Add product in Shoppable & Live Videos Multivendor Marketplace<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

The Seller has to export the product from the product listing section to the Shoppable & Live Videos dashboard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Seller Panel >> Product Menu >> Product listing.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Select the product you want to export >> click on the “Select bulk action”<\/strong> button >> then click on the “Export to Shoppable & Live Videos”<\/strong> option and click on Confirm<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The product will be listed in the product section of the Shoppable & Live Videos product dashboard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pre-recorded, interactive videos that allow viewers to instantly purchase the featured products by clicking the Add to Cart<\/strong> button, creating a smooth and engaging shopping experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How to add shoppable videos?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Go to the Shoppable & Live Videos dashboard >> then navigate to the “Shoppable videos”<\/strong> option >> click on the “Add Video”<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
