Odoo MerchantPro Connector<\/a> is designed to sync products, orders, customers, and inventory with your MerchantPro store. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Odoo MerchantPro Connector uses real-time sync and cron jobs to keep data updated across both systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Because routine updates happen automatically, daily tasks become easier to manage. This helps reduce errors, save time, and support smooth multi-channel operations for growing businesses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Prerequisites for using Odoo MerchantPro Connector<\/strong><\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Odoo MerchantPro Connector requires Odoo Multichannel Sale<\/a>. It must be installed first so the core sync functions work properly between MerchantPro store and Odoo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Once you purchase the App from Webkul store, you will receive a link to download module’s zip<\/strong> file<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Extract the file on your system after the download finishes. As a result, you will be able to see a folder named- \u2018merchantpro_odoo_connector<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Copy and paste this folder inside your Odoo Add-Ons path<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Now, open Odoo App<\/a> and click on the Settings menu. Here, click on Activate Developer Mode<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Then, open Apps menu and click on \u2018Update Modules List<\/strong>.\u2019<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    6. In the search bar, remove all the filters and search \u2018merchantpro_odoo_connector<\/strong>\u2019<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    7. You will be able to see module in the search results. Click on \u2018Install<\/strong>\u2019 to install it.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Connection<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      After the installation of Odoo MerchantPro connector, log in to your Odoo account. Navigate to the multi-channel app and click the connect button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Add the channel and select the channel type as MerchantPro. Once you configure the channel type, the MerchantPro channel configuration setting will be enabled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      To retrieve the access token and API path, Log in to your MerchantPro dashboard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      From the MerchantPro dashboard, navigate to Settings and Click on API and Webhooks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Inside the API & Webhooks section, click on Add API User<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      After creating the app, MerchantPro will generate the credentials required for integration:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
