PrestaShop IndexNow Integration facilitates you to instantly notify search engines when you add or update products, categories, or pages, allowing your content to quickly appear in search results.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Now you don\u2019t have to wait for the search engines to discover content changes traditionally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The module automatically alerts search engines the moment you publish or update content, helping you rank faster in search results.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Note: <\/strong>PrestaShop IndexNow Integration is compatible with multi-store feature of Prestahop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Features of PrestaShop IndexNow Integration<\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Real-time notification to supported search engines about content updates via IndexNow.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Submit product, category, and CMS URLs to IndexNow.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Submit URLs of all the products at once to the IndexNow.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Select specific products and combination whose URLs you want to submit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Configure specific categories whose product URLs you want to submit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Submit URLs of multiple categories and CMS pages at once.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

How to Install PrestaShop IndexNow Integration<\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Firstly, go to the module manager in the back office and click on \u2018upload a module\u2019.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
After that, drag and drop the module file or select the file from the system.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
In this way, the module installation will be successful.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

IndexNow API Endpoint Integration<\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
PrestaShop IndexNow Integration module uses the official API endpoint provided by IndexNow.org to submit URLs: https:\/\/api.indexnow.org\/indexnow?url=&key=<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Once submitted, these URLs are shared to all the search engines (Bing, Yandex, Naver, etc) that are supported by IndexNow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This helps notifying search engines when content is added or updated, thus discovering and indexing your updates faster.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
After the successful installation of the module, a new tab “IndexNow” gets available under Shop Parameters section in the PrestaShop back office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
From here, the admin can configure the module settings and submit product, category, and CMS page URLs to IndexNow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

General Settings<\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
Under General tab, the admin must generate an API key. The API key is required to submit URLs from PrestaShop to IndexNow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
Click on ‘Generate key’ button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
Once generated, the admin can update it by clicking on ‘Edit’ button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
API Key<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
The API key ensures that the submitted URLs come from from the authorized source, and validates it for you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If you update the API key, make sure to update and re-submit all the URLs. This helps search engines refresh your content and boost your visibility in search results.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Product Indexing<\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
This tab allows the admin to submit product page URLs to IndexNow. The admin can choose to submit URLs product wise and category wise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Product Wise Indexing<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
The admin can submit the URLs of all the products at once or select the specific products for which they want to submit URLs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Submit URLs of all products<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
Click on ‘Submit all URLs’ to submit URLs of all products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
Submit URLs of specific products<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
The admin can search and select the products for which they want to submit URLs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The admin can search for the product in the ‘Search product’ field. Enter the initial letters for the products to search and click on the ‘search button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
On clicking the search button, the search results will appear on the page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The admin can select the products and their combinations for which they want to submit the URLs. Once selected, click on the ‘+Append to submission list’ button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
On clicking the ‘+Append to submission list’ button, a list of products along with combinations selected by the admin will appear on the page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
Click on ‘Submit selected product URLs’ button to submit the URLs of selected products and combinations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
If the admin wants to submit the already submitted URLs again, then they need to enable ‘Include previously submitted URLs (force update)’ option mentioned below ‘Select products from’ field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
Category Wise Indexing<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
The admin can select the categories whose product URLs they want to submit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
Once selected, click on ‘Submit Urls’ button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
If the admin wants to submit the already submitted URLs again, then they need to enable ‘Include previously submitted URLs (force update)’ option.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Under Category Indexing, the admin can choose the categories whose URLs they want to submit to IndexNow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
Once selected, click on ‘Submit URLs’ button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

CMS Indexing<\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
Under CMS Indexing, the admin can choose the CMS pages whose URLs they want to submit to IndexNow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
Once selected, click on ‘Submit URLs’ button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Real time sync<\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
Under real time sync, the admin can choose to automatically submit product, category, and CMS URLs to IndexNow when they are added or updated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
To automatically submit more than 10000 URLs, you can setup a cron job. Specify the URL mentioned in the above screenshot in the cron tasks manager.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Manual Indexing and Listing Management<\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
With this module, the admin can also index the URL of product, categories, and CMS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
Click on ‘Add manual url’ button to manually index URL.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
