Make sure to log in with the <strong>same Microsoft ID<\/strong> that is used to manage your Microsoft Advertising (Bing Ads) account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After signing in, you will land on the <strong>\u201cDeveloper Settings\u201d<\/strong> page.
