Odoo Customer Address for Portal Payments<\/a> streamlines address management during payments via My Account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It allows customers to add, edit, or use saved delivery and billing addresses before making payments. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This module resolves the limitation in Odoo where customers could not modify their addresses while making a payment through the portal. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

It enables easy and efficient address management, providing flexibility for customers with varied delivery or billing needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Quickly update delivery addresses during payment through the portal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Easily modify billing addresses before payment for the quotations in \u201cMy accounts\u201d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

    INSTALLATION<\/strong><\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

    1. Once you purchase the App from Webkul store, you will receive a link to download the module’s zip<\/strong> file<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Extract the file on your system after the download finishes. As a result, you will be able to see a folder named- \u2018customer_address_portal_payments<\/strong>\u2019<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Copy and paste this folder inside your Odoo Add-Ons path<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Now, open Odoo App and click on the Settings menu. Here, click on Activate the Developer Mode<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Then, open the Apps menu and click on \u2018Update Modules List<\/strong>.\u2019<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    6. In the search bar, remove all the filters and search \u2018customer_address_portal_payments<\/strong>\u2019<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    7. You will be able to see the module in the search results. Click on \u2018Install<\/strong>\u2019 to install it.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      CONFIGURATION<\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

      Go to Settings > Sales > Quotations & Orders<\/strong>.Enable the Portal Address Review and Edit<\/strong> option in Odoo Customer Address for Portal Payments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Once enabled, this configuration will apply globally to all new quotations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      This will allow users to edit or change addresses before paying through the portal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      WORKFLOW<\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

      1. Access all orders in the quotation stage via the My Account<\/strong> section in Odoo Customer Address for Portal Payments.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        2. Select the quotation you wish to pay for and click Pay Now<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

        3. Edit your existing billing address before proceeding with the payment through portal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        4. Modify your delivery address by selecting it and making changes as per your need Odoo Customer Address for Portal Payments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        5. If you want to add a new delivery address, you can click on add address<\/strong> and easily add a new address for your current order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
