It allows users to manage walk-ins, track ongoing appointments, and process advance payments. Additionally, it prevents scheduling conflicts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With its intuitive interface of Odoo POS Salon & Spa Management, businesses can configure displayed amenities, set commission rules, and access a calendar view for upcoming appointments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Odoo POS Salon & Spa Management simplifies in salon and spa management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Also, Users can set the number of appointments visible at a time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

  4. Users can choose the amenities to display on the frontend.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. The main menu has buttons to direct book appointments by selecting slots.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Users can start a service instantly by clicking on amenities tabs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. If a service is already in progress then it will be marked as Reserved<\/strong> in main menu.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Installation <\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

    1. Once you purchase Odoo POS Salon & Spa Management  module from Webkul store, you will receive a link to download module’s zip<\/strong> file<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Extract the file on your system after download finishes. As a result, you will be able to see a folder named- \u2018wk_POS_salon_spa_management\u2019<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Copy and paste this folder inside your Odoo Add-Ons path<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Now, open Odoo App and click on the Settings menu. Here, click on Activate Developer Mode<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Then, open Apps menu and click on \u2018Update Modules List<\/strong>.\u2019<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    6. In the search bar, remove all the filters and search \u2018wk_POS_salon_spa_management\u2019.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    7. You will be able to see the module in the search results. Click on \u2018Install<\/strong>\u2019 to install it.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Workflow<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

      Backend View <\/h3>\n\n\n\n
        \n
      1. After installing Odoo POS Salon & Spa Management, customers can configure it from the backend for spa management.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        2. Next, users can configure module models using Salon Management <\/strong>option.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        \"Configure<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

        3. When Appointment<\/strong> section is opened, it displays all created appointments along with their status.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        \"All<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

        4. Second option is Slots. Clicking on this shows the available slots.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        5. After that, there is an Amenities <\/strong>section. In which you can see the available amenities, and also create new amenities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        6. In Service<\/strong> option, users can see all services provided in the spa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        7. After selecting a service, users can enable or disable the Salon Service<\/strong>. If enabled, the Salon Service and Appointment Days<\/strong> options become visible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        8. After that Salon Products <\/strong>option provides a centralized view of all salon products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        \"Centralized<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

        9.  After that, you can see Brands <\/strong>option. Clicking on this you will see all brands in one place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        10. After this, there is a Service Category<\/strong> option, in which you can see available categories and create new categories as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        11. In Specialist<\/strong> section, you can see all specialists along with their details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        12. Next, you can see Experience<\/strong>. Clicking on it will display available experiences in salon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        13. Following this, there is a Review<\/strong> section, where you can view reviews given to specialists categorized by appointment number.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        14. You can also add a review from backend by navigating to<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Salon Management>>Appointment >> Select the appointment >> Add review<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        15. The next option is Commission Configuration<\/strong> where you can create a new commission or manage existing ones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        17. In Odoo POS Salon & Spa Management , you will find multiple tabs in Main Menu<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        18. Clicking on the Book Appointment <\/strong>tab will display a page listing all available salon categories and services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        19. Once you select your desired services, you will get to see View Slot <\/strong>and Clear All<\/strong> buttons along with Advance payment amount <\/strong>and Service total amount.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

        20. After clicking on View slot<\/strong> button, you will be redirected where you can book an appointment or make an advance payment booking<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        21. After selecting customer and specialist click on Confirm Booking<\/strong>. A pop-up will appear confirming the appointment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        22. If Customer and Specialist are not selected, it will show a pop-up to select a customer and specialist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        23. You can also see Advance Payment Booking<\/strong> Tab on same page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        24.  Clicking on Advance Payment Booking <\/strong>tab, you will get a payment page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        25. Once an advance payment booking is created, an appointment will be recorded in the backend.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        26. Clicking on Show Appointments<\/strong> tab. It will display all appointments along with their status and an option to Start Service<\/strong> directly from there.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        27. If you have a walk-in appointment so for that there is a Walk-In <\/strong>tab.

        29. Once you click on start service, a pop-up will appear to Select Amenities<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        30. After this, you will be redirected to payment page, where you Apply Commission, review <\/strong>and choose a Payment Method.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
