The extract folder has – admin, catalog, ocmod folders. You need to transfer the admin, catalog folders into the Opencart root directory on the server as shown below.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n After this you will navigate to-> Extension Installer and upload the files MPPreorder.ocmod<\/strong> and wk_preorder.ocmod<\/strong> which you will find inside the ocmod folder. Now, after uploading the file click continue as shown below. Now navigate to->Extensions->Modifications<\/strong> and click refresh on the top right hand side as shown below. After that go to Extensions->Modules->Marketplace Pre-order<\/strong> and click the install button to install the module as shown below. Step 1<\/strong>: Go to Googles reCAPTCHA<\/a> page and click<\/strong> on the myRECAPTCH<\/strong> button on the right.<\/p>\n Click the v3 Admin Console<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n Now, select reCAPTCHA V2<\/strong> type, enter the Domain name<\/strong> of your website, Accept the Terms of service<\/strong>, and click Register<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n Next, you will find the Site key<\/strong> and Secret key<\/strong> as visible below. These keys will be require at the time of module configuration. After the installation of the module admin will configure the module by navigating through Extensions->Modules->Marketplace Pre-order<\/strong> and clicking the edit button next to the module. A new page opens “Marketplace Pre-order<\/strong>” with General<\/strong> and Mail<\/strong> tabs.<\/p>\n Under the General tab, admin will configure all the entries for the Pre-Order<\/strong> as start below-<\/p>\n Here, the admin will \u2013<\/p>\n Under this, the admin will find a list<\/strong> of all the pre-orders<\/strong> that have been placed<\/strong> by the customers<\/strong>. The admin can delete<\/strong> any of the orders from the list by selecting<\/strong> an order and clicking<\/strong> the delete<\/strong> button at the top right-hand side. Admin can filter the results for the pre-order list using the \u2013 Product Name<\/strong>, Customer Name<\/strong>, Customer Email<\/strong>, Notification Status<\/strong>, and Status<\/strong>.<\/p>\n The admin can also view<\/strong> the details<\/strong> of any of the pre-order by clicking on the view button. Clicking the View<\/strong> button brings up the details<\/strong> of the particular pre-order which includes \u2013<\/p>\n The order detail page shows the general detail related to order, order history and also can add order history for the customer if in future the customer places another order.<\/p>\n As per the selection made in the configuration<\/strong> settings for the notifications<\/strong>, the admin can choose<\/strong> the mode of notification as Automatic<\/strong>, Manual<\/strong>, and Both<\/strong>.<\/p>\n In the case of automatic<\/strong>, the notifications are sent automatically to the customer on a particular event.<\/p>\n The admin can check<\/strong> all Pre-Order <\/strong>enquiries of customers by navigating to Pre-Order<\/strong>->Pre-Order Enquiries<\/strong>. Admin can also filter the enquiry list using the Customer Name<\/strong>, Email<\/strong>, Status<\/strong>, Subject<\/strong>, and Product<\/strong> Name<\/strong>. The admin can also delete the enquiry list as required.<\/p>\n To view<\/strong> an enquiry, click on the View<\/strong> button under the Action<\/strong> column for the specific customer. Here, the admin can revert back to the customer\u2019s enquiry by entering the query and selecting the status as Close<\/strong> or Resolved <\/strong>as required.<\/p>\n To reply back, the admin will enter<\/strong> the query<\/strong> and select<\/strong> the current status<\/strong> as open<\/strong>\/resolved<\/strong> and lastly, click<\/strong> the Submit<\/strong> button to send<\/strong> in the reply<\/strong> to the customer<\/strong>.<\/p>\n After sending<\/strong> the reply, the admin<\/strong> can see the complete conversation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n The seller can navigate to his account menu and can see the pre-order menu items, where sellers can add pre-order for their pre-order products which are not yet release, manage pre-order product list, view pre-orders & pre-order enquiries. Sellers can see a list of all his products and can add any product to the Pre-Order list. Seller will navigate to their Add Pre-order Products<\/strong> menu item to add products for pre-order.<\/p>\n Sellers can see the complete list of their pre-order products in the Pre-order Product List, sellers can use different filters to search their pre-order products and also can easily delete the product by first selecting the respective product and then click on the delete icon<\/strong> on top right of the product list page as shown below.
