module, the admin needs to configure it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The module configuration consists of 3 sections:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>General Settings<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Abandoned Cart Settings<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contact\/Campaign Settings<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">General Settings<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img specify the ActiveCampaign API URL and key that he got from his ActiveCampaign account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wk-index-wrap\"><div class=\"block-wrap\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading index-title\">How to get API URL and Key<\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>To get ActiveCampaign API URL and Key, you need to create an account on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.activecampaign.com\/\">ActiveCampaign<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enter email address.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/storecdn.webkul.com\/showcase\/590\/1729142659.png\" alt=\"activecampaign\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Now, enter your name and phone number to Settings<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/storecdn.webkul.com\/showcase\/590\/1728977108.png\" alt=\"Abandoned Cart Settings\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Abandoned cart after<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here, the admin needs to set the time after which the cart will be considered as abandoned. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Suppose a user added products to the cart and left the website without completing the purchase at 2 pm on 15\/10\/2024. The admin has set 24 in the field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Now, after 2 pm on 16\/10\/2024, the cart will be considered as abandoned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Price structure for products<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The admin can select whether he wants to send tax incl. or tax excl. price in abandoned cart reminder emails.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mark abandoned cart as completed<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If enabled, the abandoned cart will be marked as completed in ActiveCampaign, once it is converted into an order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Note: For sending abandoned cart reminder emails, the admin needs to add the URL mentioned in the above screenshot in cron tasks manager.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wk-index-wrap\"><div class=\"block-wrap\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading index-title\">How to Create Automation<\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Go to Automations tab on dashboard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/storecdn.webkul.com\/showcase\/590\/1729149709.png\" alt=\"automations\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Click on &#8216;Create an automation&#8217; button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/storecdn.webkul.com\/showcase\/590\/1729150078.png\" alt=\"create automation\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Now, search for what purpose you want create an automation and select automation template from the search results.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/storecdn.webkul.com\/showcase\/590\/1729150478.png\" alt=\"create automation\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Now, click on &#8216;Get Started&#8217; button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/storecdn.webkul.com\/showcase\/590\/1729150647.png\" alt=\"create automation\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>On clicking &#8216;Get Started&#8217; button, a popup appears on the page where you need to select integration, product, category, and cart value to proceed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/storecdn.webkul.com\/showcase\/590\/1729151031.png\" alt=\"create automation\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>After selecting the options, click on &#8216;Next&#8217; button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Now, you need to delete the conditions.
