Odoo Marketplace Point of Sale for Vendors<\/a> offers a powerful solution enabling sellers to manage their POS systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sellers can operate and customize their POS shops, manage staff and handle orders directly from the backend.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Odoo Marketplace Point of Sale for Vendors lets the Admin set limits, monitor activities and manage commissions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. In Odoo Marketplace Point of Sale for Vendors admins can activate and configure the POS system for individual sellers.
    <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Admins set limits on the number of shops, staff and product combos for each seller.
    <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Admins can define commission percentages and set minimum and maximum commissions. 
    <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Sellers can request POS activation and admins can review and approve these requests.
    <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Sellers can create and manage POS products, product variants and product combos.
    <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Sellers can manage POS orders and sessions including handling customers and payments.

  7. The system records and tracks all POS-related payments, ensuring accurate commission transfers to admins.

    Installation<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

    1. Once you purchase the App, from the Webkul store, you will receive the link to download the zip file<\/strong> of the module.
      <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Extract the file on your system after the download finishes. As a result, you will be able to see a folder named- \u2018marketplace_advance_pos\u2019<\/strong>
      <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Copy and paste this folder inside your Odoo Add-Ons path<\/strong>.
      <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Now, open the Odoo App and click on the Settings menu. Here, click on Activate the Developer Mode<\/strong>.
      <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Then, open the Apps menu and click on \u2018Update Modules List.\u2019<\/strong>
      <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    6. In the search bar, remove all the filters and search \u2018marketplace_advance_pos.\u2019<\/strong>
      <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    7. You will be able to see the module in the search results. Click on \u2018Install\u2019 <\/strong>to install it.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Seller View<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      1. Once Odoo Marketplace Point of Sale for Vendors is installed, go on your profile and click on the \u2018Request for POS\u2019 <\/strong>button to submit a request for a POS shop.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        1. After that a “Request For POS Configuration”<\/strong> form will pop up. Fill in the required details for POS configuration. Enter the desired number of POS shops, staff and product combos.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          Admin View<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

          1. Admin Approve or Reject <\/strong>the request of the seller for the POS shop.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

            1. By going on \u2018Sellers Profile\u2019 <\/strong>admin \u2018Activate POS\u2019<\/strong> directly.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

              1. After clicking on<\/strong> \u2018Activate POS\u2019<\/strong> admin can set limits and \u2018enable POS configurations\u2019<\/strong> for the seller.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                Seller View<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

                1. Once the admin approves the request, the seller can view his POS Shop details after clicking on the \u2018POS\u2019 <\/strong>tab under the \u2018Marketplace settings and details\u2019 <\/strong>option in his profile.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                  7.  Next, click the “Seller POS” <\/strong>to access the dropdown menu. There, you can manage your POS shops, employees, customers and commissions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                  8. To access the “Orders” section, click the “Orders” tab. From the dropdown, you can manage orders, POS sessions, payments and customer details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                  9.  Click on the \u2018products\u2019 tab and there you can manage your POS products, product variants, you can also create and handle product combos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                  10. In Point of Sale when you click on the \u201cDashboard\u201d <\/strong>your POS shops will appear from where you can place the order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                  11. After clicking on the POS Shop in the dashboard you can add products and place orders<\/strong> from the POS Shop and further may proceed to payment and then checkout. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
