Go Paperless with Ease: Streamline Your Shipments with Odoo DHL Express PLT Extension!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Odoo DHL Express PLT Extension<\/a> users can upload documents, during the pick-up process before shipping is confirmed, especially for dutiable shipments.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

They can use a pop-up wizard to select and upload multiple documents by choosing the document type, browsing files from their device, and clicking ‘upload’. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

After uploading, they can view a list of all uploaded documents showing their types and sizes, with admins having the ability to delete documents from the list.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Prerequisites For Using Odoo module name<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Odoo DHL Express PLT Extension works in conjunction with the following module:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Odoo DHL Shipping Integration<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

You must install this module first for the Odoo DHL Express PLT Extension to work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

FEATURES<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

  1. The Paperless Trade(PLT) option is available to add the document within Odoo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. With DHL Express PLT Extension, users can upload images for dutiable shipments within Delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Users can upload multiple documents for one shipment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Choose the type of document and browse from the local device.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Users can also upload documents before creating a shipment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. A Pop-up wizard will come to upload the documents.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. View the list of uploaded documents with their chosen type and size.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    INSTALLATION<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    1. Once you purchase the app from the Webkul store, you will receive the link to download the module zip file.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Extract the file on your system after the download finishes. As a result, you will be able to see a folder named- dhl_plt_extension<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Copy and paste this folder inside your Odoo Add-Ons path<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Now, open the Odoo App and click on the Settings menu. Here, click on Activate the Developer Mode<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Then, open the Apps menu and click on \u2018Update Apps List<\/strong>.\u2019<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    6. In the search bar, remove all the filters and search \u2018dhl_plt_extension<\/strong>\u2019.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    7. You will be able to see the module in the search results. Click on \u2018Install\u2019<\/strong> to install it.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      WORKFLOW<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      1. Once the module is installed at your end, the option for uploading the document will be seen in the delivery. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        After the delivery is created, open the delivery \u201cupload images\u201d option is available. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

        1. Click on the \u201cupload images\u201d option, and a Pop-up wizard will come up. You need to choose the document type from the drop-down menu. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
