It provides real-time updates at every stage, keeping customers informed about their order status, from confirmation to packing, shipping, and delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Odoo Website Order Tracking module enhances order status management for customers and admins, ensuring smooth operations and stronger customer relationships through clear and timely information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    INSTALLATION<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    1. Once you purchase the app from the Webkul store, you will receive the link to download the module zip file<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Extract the file on your system after the download finishes. As a result, you will be able to see a folder named- \u2018Odoo<\/strong> Website Order Tracking<\/strong>.\u2019<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Copy and paste this folder inside your Odoo Add-Ons path<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Now, open the Odoo App and click on the Settings menu. Here, click on Activate the Developer Mode<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Then, open the Apps menu and click On \u2018Update Modules List<\/strong>.\u2019<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    6. In the search bar, remove all the filters and search \u2018Odoo<\/strong> Website Order Tracking.\u2019<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    7. You will be able to see the module in the search results. Click on \u2018Install<\/strong>\u2019 to install it.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      WORKFLOW<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      1. After completing the installation, log in as admin. Then, navigate to the Odoo website.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Install your module.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        3. Navigate to the Website<\/strong>, then go to Configuration<\/strong>. There you will find an option called Order Status Setting click on it. There is an option to create a \u201cnew\u201d order status.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        4. When you click on New<\/strong>, you can create the status as Pending<\/strong>, Order Confirmed<\/strong>, etc. Here, you can also set the Sequence<\/strong> and add an Active Icon<\/strong> or Pending Icon<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Additionally, you can select the Status Type<\/strong> and set the number of days in \u201cNext Action After\u201d<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

        5. Navigate to orders >> specific order. As shown in the screenshot. Here, you need to activate the toggle \u201cActive Status Tracking\u201d button. Now you can update the screenshot \u201c Update Order Status\u201d<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        6. When you click on Update Order Status<\/strong>, you can update the customer’s order status from here. In the Order Status<\/strong> dropdown, you’ll see options like Pending<\/strong>, Order Confirmed<\/strong>, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        You can select any option based on your needs. Additionally, you can write an Extra Message<\/strong> if needed. After making your selections, simply click on Update<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        7. The changes you made in the order status at the Odoo Backend will also be reflected on the Website view.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        8. You can cancel the order by updating the customer order status to “Cancelled.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n
