Odoo Saas Kit Subscription allows users to pay at the end of recurring cycles. It makes Flow payments easy for business owners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Customers prefer this subscription-based SaaS plan. It provides a ready-to-use structure for their Odoo database. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Odoo SaaS Kit subscription eliminates the need for a valid code. It saves time by eliminating the need to register and pay. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Users can subscribe to a plan and make payments based on their preferred recurring plan. They can also renew their plan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Prerequisites For Using Odoo Saas Kit Subscription.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Odoo SaaS Kit Subscription works in conjunction with the following module:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Odoo SaaS Kit<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

You must install this module first for the Odoo SaaS Kit Subscription to work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Users can set the SAAS plan subscription period in days, weeks, months, and years.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Admin can also set the SAAS plan to never expire.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. The Odoo Saas Subscription module works in collaboration with Stripe and PayPal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. You can also specify the type of SAAS subscription product from the Odoo backend.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. The subscription terminates when the SAAS contract expires. Renewing the subscription also renews the SAAS contract.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Enable the subscription services in your Odoo SaaS contract.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Customers can subscribe to various products\/services under your SAAS plan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. Allow customers to select subscription plans and place orders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  9. Subscription plan details are available in their customer profile.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    INSTALLATION<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    1. Once you buy the App from the Webkul store, you will receive the link to download the zip file of the module.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Extract the file on your system after the download before moving further. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. You will be able to see a folder named saas_kit_subscription.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Copy and paste this folder inside your Odoo Add-Ons path.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Now, open the Odoo App and click on the Settings menu. Here, click on Activate the Developer Mode.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    6. Then, open the Apps menu and click Update Modules List.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    7. In the search bar, remove all the filters and search saas_kit_subscription.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    8. You will be able to see the module in the search results. Click Install to install it.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      WORKFLOW<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      Configure Subscription plan -:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      1. After installation of the Odoo SaaS kit subscription, navigate to the Sales tab.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        2. Open the subscription plan under the configuration tab. Create a new subscription plan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        3. Fill in the details, Name, duration, number of billing cycles, and other details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        4. Configure the duration, i.e., in days, weeks, months, and years. Enable the Never Expire button if you want the subscription plan to Never expire. After configuring the fields, save the subscription plan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Create a Saas Plan <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

        6. Now, Navigate to the SaaS plan and create a new SAAS plan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        7. Configure or set all the required fields and save the SaaS plan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Configure the Saas Plan Product <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

        8. Now open the Products tab and create a new product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        9. Set the product type to service and choose the link to the product with the SAAS plan under the SAAS plan tab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        10. To  Configure the Subscription plan in the Saas plan product Enable the “Is Subscription Type” in the product and set the subscription plan. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

        11. Navigate to the website. Now, a Subscription will be generated on the SAAS plan product purchase from the website. SaaS contract duration is according to the duration of the subscription plan. i.e. as configured in the SaaS plan product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        NOTE<\/strong>: When the SAAS contract expires, the subscription will also expire. On renewing the subscription, the SAAS contract will also be renewed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
