wallet along with a suitable remark.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wk-index-wrap\"><div class=\"block-wrap\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading index-title\"><strong>What is SMTP?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>SMTP or Simple Mail Transfer Protocol is an application layer (TCP\/IP) protocol that handles the process of mail exchange i.e. sending &amp; Now, the admin will configure the \u201cemail from\u201d, \u201creply-to\u201d, and \u201cfrom name\u201d sections as per his\/her choice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wk-index-wrap\"><div class=\"block-wrap\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading index-title\"><strong>How to get the SMTP details?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>In order to send the emails from your end, you need to synchronize your Gmail account with the Wallet Management app. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For this, you need to add your email account details in the form of the SMTP server.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Login into Gmail with your account<br>2. Navigate to\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/security.google.com\/settings\/security\/apppasswords\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/security.google.com\/settings\/security\/apppasswords<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. In \u2018Select app\u2019 choose \u2018custom\u2019, give it an arbitrary name, and press\u00a0<strong>Generate<\/strong>.<br>4. It will give you 16 characters token.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>NOTE<\/strong>:- You need to have an account on any SMTP service provider like Mailchimp etc. Or Gmail SMTP will work if you want to send the emails from your end.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>In case you want to use Gmail SMTP then you can use the following:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>SMTP host: smtp.gmail.com<br>SMTP username: Your Gmail Address<br>and, SMTP password: Your Gmail Password (16 characters token generated from the Gmail account)<br>SMTP port number: SSL (465)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(TLS): 587<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>NOTE<\/strong>:- If you have activated the two-way authentication then, please enter the app\u2019s password while configuring SMTP.<br>Learn More:-&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/support.google.com\/mail\/?p=BadCredentials\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/support.google.com\/mail\/?p=BadCredentials<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Difference between TLS &amp; SSL?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>There is just a minor difference between TLS and SSL.
