The module operates using Google Firebase. It also stores the registration IDs of site viewers. Furthermore, you can schedule push notifications. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Admin and sellers can create templates and send notifications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

INSTALLATION <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

1. Once you purchase the App from the Webkul store, you will receive the link to download the zip file of the module.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Extract the file on your system after the download finishes. You will be able to see a folder named \u2018Odoo Marketplace Web Push Notifications\u2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Copy and paste this folder inside your Odoo Add Ons path.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Now, open the Odoo App and click on the Settings menu. Here, click on Activate the Developer Mode.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Then, open the Apps menu and click \u2018Update Modules List.\u2019<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. In the search bar, remove all the filters. Search \u2018Odoo Marketplace Web Push Notifications\u2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7. You will be able to see the module in the search result. Click on \u2018Install\u2019 to install it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

WORKFLOW <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

CONFIGURATION FROM ADMIN<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

1. Navigate to the Settings module and select Configuration under the Push Notification Tab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Add Firebase Key and Object, then click Apply. To configure Firebase, refer to the user guide of Base Module Odoo Web Push Notification<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

USER POV<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

1. Odoo Users can create an account on the website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"User's<\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

2. Fill in the following details for the user Sign up<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"User's<\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

3. After signup, a browser popup will ask for Permission to show Notifications. Click on Allow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"Browser<\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

4. Admin can trigger push notifications of marketplace accordingly. It would look something like this on the user end.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ADMIN POV<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

1. Click on Registered Users under the Push Notifications tab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"Admin's<\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

2. Here, Users of marketplace websites who accept notification permission are shown. Only users who accept permission to receive push notifications will be listed here.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"MarRegistered<\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

3. Click on Create to add a new user by entering their Registration ID. Only Admins have access to view Marketplace Registered viewers. Sellers do not have this access.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. For Push notifications, select Notification Templates under the Push Notifications tab. Click New to create a new template.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Fill in all the relevant details of Notification and click on Validate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. Select Send Notifications button to generate a push notification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7. A popup will appear to confirm the type of users you want to target. Click Send.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8. A Push notification summary popup confirms the broadcast of the notification. It provides count of successes and failures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

9. Push Notification Templates can be sent to specific users. Select user type under the Send To heading.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

11. Push Notification can be Scheduled during template creation. Click on Schedule notification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
