customer registration form.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Choose to show or hide the address fields like first name, last name, alias, company, VAT number, address complement, and phone on the registration form.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/storecdn.webkul.com\/showcase\/590\/1725953725.png\" alt=\"general settings\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Front End View<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As configured, the address fields will display on the registration form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure 100vw, 657px\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Display first name and last name<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On the registration page, the fields First name and Last name below the Social title are saved in Information of Customer&#8217;s account. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Whereas the fields First name and Last name below Birthdate are saved in Addresses of Customer&#8217;s account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Suppose the customer wants to add the address of his friend or relative for sending him\/her the gift. The same field is disabled from the module settings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"611\" height=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/cdnblog.webkul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/7-2-611x1024.png\" alt=\"7-2\" class=\"wp-image-399569\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cdnblog.webkul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/7-2-611x1024.png 611w, https:\/\/cdnblog.webkul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/7-2-179x300.png 179w, https:\/\/cdnblog.webkul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/7-2-149x249.png 149w, https:\/\/cdnblog.webkul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/7-2-768x1286.png 768w, https:\/\/cdnblog.webkul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/7-2-917x1536.png 917w, https:\/\/cdnblog.webkul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/7-2.png 925w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 611px) 100vw, 611px\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Address complement field is displayed in the registration form as it is marked as required under Addresses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wk-index-wrap\"><div class=\"block-wrap\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading index-title\">Geolocation<\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Under Geolocation, the admin can: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Select the countries for which the address fields will not display on registration form.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enable auto-fill address on the registration.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>From 30th December 2019, you need to register on <a href=\"https:\/\/dev.maxmind.com\/geoip\/geolite2-free-geolocation-data\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">MaxMind<\/a> to download the geolocation data file.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After creating the account, you can download the \u201cGeoLite2City\u201d database from the website. Once downloaded, extract the data using Winrar or Gzip into the \/app\/Resources\/geoip\/ directory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/storecdn.webkul.com\/showcase\/590\/1725953724.png\" alt=\"geolocation\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Suppose the admin has selected India in Select countries field.
