CS-Cart Multi-Company SaaS (Software as a Service) add-on offers a seamless and scalable way for enterprises to manage multiple companies or vendors within a single system and creates platforms like Shopify, Wix, and BigCommerce due to its scalability, cost-effectiveness, and faster time-to-market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
CS-Cart Multi-Company SaaS Module add-on allows tenants to register themselves on the storefront by selecting a suitable plan and entering their domain or subdomain. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
If the tenant does not have the domain, then the tenant can create a separate subdomain using the CS-Cart Multi-Company SaaS module and categorize their products accordingly. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Features <\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
\n
This add-on supports multi-vendor functionality.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
The admin can manage multiple tenant accounts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
The admin can create and manage multiple membership plans tailored to their requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
The admin can track and display the status of tenants’ plans, distinguishing between active and expired plans.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Tenants have their own dedicated user groups.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
The admin can assign and manage group access for tenants based on their specific needs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
The admin is responsible for registering and configuring the tenant’s domain or subdomain on the server’s end.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Tenants can only purchase one Subscription Plan at a time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Tenants can upgrade their subscription plan if needed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Tenants can manage their vendor and customer accounts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Tenants have control over their store’s categories, products, filter options, and other related aspects.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
The admin can configure addon settings to ensure that customers can only log in to the store where they initially created their account.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
The admin can set up reminder emails for tenant plan management in advance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
The admin can manage email templates for tenant plans, plan expiration, renewal, and other related templates within the addon settings.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
When you download the add-on, you get one zip file and the install.txt file. Please read it carefully and follow it. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Firstly, click on the right top corner setting icon and select Manual installation <\/strong>to upload the zip file as per the below snapshot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
Click on \u201cLocal\u201d<\/strong> to browse the zip file and then click on \u201cUpload & Install\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
After installation of the add-on, you can find the \u201cCS-Cart Multi Company SaaS\u201d<\/strong> in the list of available add-ons. Make sure, the add-on will be active as shown in the below snapshot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
Now the user needs to click on \u201cCS-Cart Multi Company SaaS<\/strong>\u201d<\/strong> to configure the module.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n
General Setting<\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
General setting – Here the admin needs to select the required fields and proceed with the configuration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n
Reminder Day <\/strong>– On the basis of the number entered, the mail will be sent to the tenant many days in advance. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
Enable Customers according to tenant store – <\/strong>If the box is checked, the customer can only log in to the store where they originally created their account. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
The admin can manage email notifications for tenant plans, plan expiration, renewal, and other related templates for the tenants. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Click on the “Email Template”<\/strong> to customize the email. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
To edit any particular email template, click on the “Edit”<\/strong> button as shown in the below snapshot.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
Now, the admin needs to fill in the required fields. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Enter the subject <\/strong>of the email.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Enter the details of the membership that you want to send to the tenant in the template<\/strong> field. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
Set the status<\/strong> email templates i.e. active and disabled. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
Click on the save<\/strong> button to save the email template. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
After the installation, the tenant will be automatically created, and the admin can create and manage the user group. Here, the admin will – <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Click on “Customers” > “User groups”<\/strong> as per the below screenshot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
Admin can “Edit\/Delete<\/strong>” the particular user group and can also create a new user group. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Click on the edit<\/strong> button – <\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
Now, the admin can edit the following fields i.e. User Group, type, status, and so on. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Click on the Save <\/strong>button to create a new user group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
\n
Manage Membership Plan and Tenants<\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
The admin can manage the membership plans and tenants using CS-Cart Multi Company SaaS Add-On. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
To manage the membership plan, navigate through Marketing > Multi Company SaaS ><\/strong> Manage Membership Plans<\/strong> as per the below screenshot. <\/p>\n\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
Admin can manage the listed plans and can also create the new membership plan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Click on the “+” <\/strong>icon <\/strong>to create the membership plan. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
Afterward, the admin will fill in the basic details for the plan like – <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Enter the plan name<\/strong> that should be under 15 characters.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Enter the actual price <\/strong>for the membership plan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Set the value for the discount price<\/strong> for the particular membership.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Set the plan days<\/strong>, and the limit entered should be within 365 days.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Enter the number of products <\/strong>for the membership plan, and the product limit should be 10k. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
Admin can assign the number of category<\/strong> under 10k to the particular membership. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
Select the status.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
Click on the save<\/strong> button to add the membership.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
Now, to manage tenants, navigate through Marketing > Multi Company SaaS ><\/strong> Manage tenants <\/strong>as shown in the below screenshot. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
Click on the “edit”<\/strong> button to manage the listed tenants. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
The admin can also change the membership plan from his end. Click on the plan <\/strong>option<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Tenant Registration<\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
Using the CS-Cart Multi-Company SaaS module, tenants can register themselves on the storefront by selecting a suitable plan and entering their own domain or subdomain<\/p>\n\n\n\n
To get register, click on the Tenant Registration<\/strong> on the top of the storefront. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
Click on the Select <\/strong>button to choose any Membership plan as shown in the below snapshots.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
Afterward, the tenants will fill in the store details for the plan like email, password, and store url. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
If they don’t have an existing domain then the tenant may use any subdomain with the domain ‘cs-cart-saassemo.webkul.com’<\/strong>, and categorize their products accordingly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
Click on the submit <\/strong>button to proceed further for checkout process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
The membership plan was added to your cart now click on the checkout<\/strong> option for further process. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
When the tenant clicks on the proceed to checkout option it will ask for the payment selection option.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
After the successful purchase tenant can check the success message as shown in the below snapshot. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
Now, the admin needs to activate the status from his admin panel to activate the tenant’s membership plan. To do so, go to the customers > administration <\/strong>and then click on the tenant that status admin wants to activate and disable as shown in the below screenshots. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Upgrade the Membership Plan<\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
On the tenant end, tenant needs to navigate into their account section where an option is available membership<\/strong> to upgrade or renew the membership plan. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
From the available memberships plan, the tenant can renew his current plan or upgrade the membership plan by- <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Click on the renew <\/strong>option and proceed further for checkout, to renew your current plan. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Afterward, the tenant will click on the view and edit cart option and it redirects to the shopping cart page to proceed further.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

if you choose the upgrade option then a prompt will appear. Click on the ok to proceed further with the checkout process. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Manage Product and Categories <\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
At the tenant store, the tenant has control over their store’s categories, products, filter options, and other related aspects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
To add\/view and edit<\/strong> the product <\/strong>the tenant navigates into the products > product<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Click on the “+”<\/strong> icon at the right top corner to add a new product as shown in the below screenshot.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Here the tenant will fill in the general information about the product like – name, categories, price, description of the product, and status<\/strong>. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
Click on the “Create” <\/strong> button to add the new product to the store.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
Similarly, to add\/view and edit<\/strong> the product categories <\/strong>which are used to group products in your store. to do so, the tenant navigates into the products ><\/strong> categories<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Click on the “+”<\/strong> icon at the right top corner to add new categories as shown in the below screenshot. Afterwards- <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Here the tenant will fill in the general information about the new category like – location, name, categories, image of the product, and the status<\/strong>. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
Click on the “Create”<\/strong> button to add the new category to the store.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
