{"id":367462,"date":"2023-02-08T04:42:31","date_gmt":"2023-02-08T04:42:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/webkul.com\/blog\/?p=367462"},"modified":"2026-04-15T08:11:08","modified_gmt":"2026-04-15T08:11:08","slug":"woocommerce-wcfm-marketplace-shopify-connector","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/webkul.com\/blog\/woocommerce-wcfm-marketplace-shopify-connector\/","title":{"rendered":"WooCommerce WCFM Marketplace Shopify Connector &#8211; User Guide"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/store.webkul.com\/woocommerce-wcfm-marketplace-shopify-connector.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">WCFM Marketplace Shopify Connector<\/a> plugin allows the vendors to sync products, orders, and map categories between the WCFM Multi-vendor Marketplace Store and the Shopify eCommerce store.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This connector allows real-time synchronization of the product&#8217;s price, quantity, and SKU.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Note<\/strong>: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You must have first installed the <a href=\"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/plugins\/wc-multivendor-marketplace\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">WCFM Marketplace<\/a> before making use of this connector.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>&nbsp;This module is now compatible with WooCommerce&#8217;s latest feature <a href=\"https:\/\/woo.com\/document\/cart-checkout-blocks-status\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Cart and Checkout<\/a> blocks and WooCommerce\u2019s new <a href=\"https:\/\/woo.com\/document\/high-performance-order-storage\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">High-Performance Order Storage (HPOS)<\/a> feature.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We provide a production version of the plugin. As per Shopify\u2019s listing policy, Products with more than three options for variation will not be a part of the list in Shopify.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Before importing products into your WooCommerce store, please ensure all required product details are correctly configured on your Shopify store. multiple Shopify accounts to the WCFM vendor account.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The seller can export and import products with connected Shopify accounts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The seller can Export and import the orders with connected Shopify accounts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Seller can map the categories ( It will depend on the Marketplace WCFM end coding )<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Real-time Sync products\u2019 price, quantity, and SKU in real-time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Export orders in real time to Shopify.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Allow sellers to manage the exported order&#8217;s shipping status from their Shopify Account.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Shopify admin manages the order&#8217;s shipping status(fulfillment status) so we will allow the seller to do the same for WCFM exported orders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The vendors can add a Tracking Number and Shipping Carrier on the Shopify account to mark the WCFM exported orders as fulfilled.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The customer who ordered from the WCFM end will be able to get the order shipping status(as the default WooCommerce flow). <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the seller adds a tracking number at the Shopify end then that will be shown at the WCFM order end too for the customers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The seller can import the product images in the background to optimize the product&#8217;s import process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wk-index-wrap\"><div class=\"block-wrap\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading index-title\">Installation &#8211; WCFM Marketplace Shopify Connector<\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>The user will get a zip file that he has to upload in the&nbsp;<strong>\u201cAdd New\u201d<\/strong>&nbsp;menu option in the WordPress admin panel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For this, login to the WordPress Admin Panel, and Under the Dashboard hover your mouse over the&nbsp;\u201cPlugins\u201d&nbsp;menu option which brings out a Sub-Menu, and then select the&nbsp;<strong>\u201cAdd New\u201d<\/strong>&nbsp;option.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure Name<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>API Secret Key<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>After entering the details, tap on the Save option.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to Get an API Credential From Your Shopify Account<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are using a <strong>Shopify custom legacy app<\/strong>, click&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/webkul.com\/blog\/woocommerce-wcfm-marketplace-shopify-connector\/#:~:text=Get%20API%20Credential%20From%20Your%20Old%20Shopify%20Account%3F\">here<\/a>&nbsp;to view the old process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To get the API credentials, the admin needs to generate the Shopify API credential first using the Shopify account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The admin can visit the Shopify store for which the admin wants to connect and sync the WooCommerce store.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 1 \u2013 Log in to your Shopify Admin<br><\/strong>First, log in to your Shopify store using:<br>Your store
