  3. Customers get an instant notification on WhatsApp when their order is placed, shipped, canceled, and invoiced in Odoo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. The WhatsApp shopping bot module also suggests alternatives to customers\u2019 WhatsApp concerning the shipment mode.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

    INSTALLATION<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    1. Once you purchase the App from Webkul store, you will receive the link to download the zip file of the module.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Extract the file on your system after the download finishes. You will be able to see a folder named- \u2018whatsapp_shopping_bot.\u2019<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Copy and paste this folder inside your Odoo Add-Ons path.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Now, open the Odoo App and click on the Settings menu. Here, click on Activate the Developer Mode.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Then, open the Apps menu and click on \u2018Update Modules List.\u2019<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    6. In the search bar, remove all the filters and search \u2018whatsapp_shopping_bot.\u2019<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    7. You will be able to see the module in the search result. Click on \u2018Install<\/strong>\u2019 to install it.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      WORKFLOW<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      Moving to the configuration of Odoo WhatsApp Shopping Bot & Order Notifications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      CONFIGURATION (ODOO BACKEND)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      1. After installing, go to \u2018Website> Configuration> Twilio-WhatsApp Configuration> Configuration\u2019<\/strong> and click the \u2018Create\u2019<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      2. On the new page, enter the following details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Twilio WhatsApp Phone Number-<\/strong> In this field, enter your registered Twilio WhatsApp number.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Twilio WhatsApp Account SID-<\/strong> This is a 34-digit unique key that helps identifies a specific resource.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Mobile Number (To Receive Test SMS)-<\/strong> Enter a test number in this field to test the connection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Twilio WhatsApp Auth. Token-<\/strong> This token will be generated as mentioned in this doc https:\/\/www.twilio.com\/docs\/whatsapp\/api<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Once done, click the \u2018Save\u2019<\/strong> button to save all the settings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      ODOO WEBSITE (FRONT END)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      3. On the Odoo website, go to the \u2018Shop\u2019<\/strong> page, click the \u2018Customize\u2019<\/strong> button, and enable \u2018Purchase on WhatsApp.\u2019<\/strong> It will show a WhatsApp icon on the product (when your cursor hovers over it).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      4. On the \u2018Product\u2019<\/strong> page, click the \u2018Customize\u2019<\/strong> menu and enable \u2018Purchase on WhatsApp.\u2019<\/strong> Moreover, it will show a \u2018Purchase on WhatsApp\u2019<\/strong> button on the page. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

      5. Move to the \u2018Cart\u2019<\/strong> page and enable \u2018Purchase on WhatsApp\u2019<\/strong> from the \u2018Customized\u2019<\/strong> menu. Also, you can see the \u2018Purchase on WhatsApp\u2019<\/strong> button next to the \u2018Process checkout\u2019<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      6. On clicking the Purchase on WhastApp button, an Address From will appear on the screen. Enter the details and click the \u2018Purchase\u2019<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      7. When a customer clicks the Purchase button, the Odoo admin will receive a message on their Whats like the one shown below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
