In the zip file, you should find 4 folders <strong>admin, catalog, image, <\/strong>and<strong> ocmod<\/strong> folders. Also, It is visible in the cart.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Allow Method &#8211; <\/strong>Choose the preferred payment method which allows for the wallet recharge.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cashback Status- <\/strong>The admin has to enable the status of cashback.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cashback Display On Product- <\/strong>The admin can manage the visibility of the cashback on the product page.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Wallet Recharge Status &#8211; <\/strong>Select the required wallet recharge status from the drop-down. The amount will not credit into the customer&#8217;s wallet until the wallet recharge status does not meet on selected status.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Minimum Recharge Amount-<\/strong> It&#8217;s the minimum recharge limit of the wallet. If left blank, then there will be no minimum recharge limit.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Maximum Recharge<\/strong>&#8211; The maximum recharge limit of the wallet. If left blank, then there will be no maximum recharge limit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-261188\" src=\"https:\/\/cdnblog.webkul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/general-configuration-1.png\" alt=\"general-configuration-1\" width=\"800\" height=\"668\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/h4>\n<p>Wallet Money Credit for Newly Registered Customers (Customer group-wise)-<\/p>\n<p>Whenever a new customer registers as one of the below-mentioned customer groups, the wallet amount set by the admin is allocated to the respective customer.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Default-<\/strong> Set a default credit amount.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Golden Membership-<\/strong> Also, set an amount for customers processing golden membership.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Long-Time Customer-<\/strong> Default amount for long-time customers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Low Balance Notification-\u00a0<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Status-<\/strong> The admin may enable\/ disable the low balance notification status. A low balance notification alert will show on the customer wallet page.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Minimum Amount-<\/strong> Also, the admin sets a minimum balance amount. Let us see and discuss them in detail.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Case 1:- Minimum &amp; Maximum Refund Amount Limit:\u00a0<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>For instance, the admin defines <strong>Minimum Refund Amount as 200<\/strong> and the <strong>Maximum Refund Amount as 1000.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Also, If any order&#8217;s amount falls under the price range of 200-1000 (minimum-maximum price), then it will be refunded.<\/li>\n<li>Suppose, if the order amount is 450, then the order will be refunded.<\/li>\n<li>If the order price is 200 or 1000, even then the order is refunded (the minimum-maximum price inclusive).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Case 2:- Order Price less than <strong>the minimum price (here 200).<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Also, If the<strong> order price is less than the minimum price, <\/strong>(here 200), then no refund for that order will be made.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Case 3:- Order Price more than the maximum price<strong style=\"color: inherit; font-size: 0.8em;\"> (here 1000).<\/strong><span style=\"color: inherit; font-size: 0.8em;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>If the<strong> order price is more than the maximum price, <\/strong>(here 1000), then the price of the order up to $1000 will be refunded.<\/li>\n<li>For instance, if the order amount is $1300, then the refund of $1000 will be processed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Order Total Setting<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Thereafter, the admin will configure the fields under the <strong>Order Total Settings <\/strong>tab. Return<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Here, cashback Returns can be selected as Manual or Automatic.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>If Cashback Return will be set as Automatic then the cashback will be credited in the wallet automatically.<\/li>\n<li>In the case of Manual selection, the Admin has to allow the cashback from <strong>Credit History<\/strong> by clicking on the\u00a0<strong>Credit Cashback<\/strong> button in the action tab.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Cashback-\u00a0<\/strong>From here, the admin can set the amount of cashback on a <strong>fixed<\/strong>\u00a0or\u00a0<strong>percentage<\/strong>\u00a0basis.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Minimum Product Price-\u00a0<\/strong>The admin can set the minimum product price for cashback in fixed amount and percentage.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Minimum Product Quantity-\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>Minimum Product Quantity can also be set by the admin for cashback.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Start Date-\u00a0<\/strong>The admin can set the start date for the cashback.<\/p>\n<p><strong>End Date- The end<\/strong> date can also be set by the admin to which date he wants to allow the cashback for customers.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Priority-\u00a0<\/strong>The priority can also be set for the cashback.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Status-\u00a0<\/strong>The status for Cashback must be enabled to apply cashback.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong> <strong>The cashback rule will be applicable only when the cashback rule conditions for price and quantity will be satisfied.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Eg:\u00a0 Cashback Rule: Suppose Min&#8217;s price is $90 and Min&#8217;s quanity is 2 units.<\/p>\n<p>If the price of a product is $90 or more than $90 and the quantity is 2 units or more than 2 units then the cashback will be only applicable.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Credit history:\u00a0<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>The first submenu option under Wallet System is <strong>Credit History<\/strong>. Under Credit History, the admin can view the complete history of the credited amount along with the details such as customer name, email, credit amount, credit date, and description.<\/p>\n<p>The admin can approve credit amount requests manually if the recharge order status differs from the payment method status by clicking on the Approve(Green) button.<\/p>\n<p>Pending approval credit amount requests will be visible in the dark Green icon.
