Vtiger Odoo Connector allows you to integrate multiple Vtiger CRM into a single Odoo backend. It helps you manage all of your CRM from a centralized backend.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Further, the Vtiger Connector facilitates work and authorizes you to view every CRM statistic through various line, bar, doughnut charts, and graphs available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Odoo Multi CRM Solution<\/em><\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

First, you must install this module for the Vtiger Odoo Connector to work correctly.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. It allows connecting multiple Vtiger CRM to a single Odoo backend.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Sync feeds automatically through the Cron scheduler.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. At the scheduled period, the cron runs and evaluates the feeds.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Auto deletes synch history once the feed is created in Odoo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Import button to sync data (contacts, company, deals, product, and users) from Vtiger to Odoo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Export button to sync data (contacts, company, deals, and products) to Vtiger CRM.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

    INSTALLATION<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    1. Once you purchase the App from Webkul store, you will receive the link to download the zip file of the module.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Extract the file on your system after the download finishes. You will be able to see a folder named- \u2018odoo_vtiger_connect.\u2019<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Copy and paste this folder inside your Odoo Add-Ons path.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Now, open the Odoo App and click on the Settings menu. Here, click on Activate the Developer Mode.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Then, open the Apps menu and click on \u2018Update Modules List.\u2019<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    6. In the search bar, remove all the filters and search \u2018odoo_vtiger_connect.\u2019<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    7. You will be able to see the module in the search result. Click on \u2018Install<\/strong>\u2019 to install it.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      WORKFLOW<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      Let\u2019s start configuring Vtiger Odoo Connector in your Odoo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      CONFIGURATION<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      1. After installation, locate \u2018Multi-CRM> Connection> Create.\u2019<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      2. On the next page, enter the name, URL, and connector image (for differentiating). Under the \u2018Credentials\u2019<\/strong> tab, enter \u2018User Name\u2019<\/strong> and \u2018Access Key.\u2019<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      3. Go to the \u2018General\u2019<\/strong> tab and specify settings, such as Auto Evaluate- Default Sales Person, API limit per page, color, and Default Category.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      4. In the \u2018States\u2019<\/strong> tab, you can add the column of states created at the Vtiger end.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      5.  The \u2018Pipeline\u2019<\/strong> tab shows all the pipelines created at the Vtiger CRM end.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      6. \u2018Scheduler\u2019<\/strong> tab lets you choose the data you want to import through the corn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      7. After filling in and choosing the details, click the \u2018Save\u2019<\/strong> button. Next, click the \u2018Connect\u2019<\/strong> button to establish a connection between Odoo and Vtiger CRM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Once the apps are connected, you can import data via the \u2018Import\u2019<\/strong> button. Also, you can break the connection between Odoo and Vtiger through the \u2018Disconnect\u2019 button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      IMPORTING\/EXPORTING DATA BETWEEN ODOO AND VTIGER<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      8. Click the \u2018Import\u2019<\/strong> button, and in the import wizard, choose \u2018Connection, Object, and Filter.\u2019<\/strong> You can filter the data according to the All and ID filters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      On choosing the Id filter, you need to provide the item ID of the Vtiger end.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      9. Moving on to the export part, you need to open another CRM-related module whose data you want to export. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

      In that module, select the data you want to export, and under the \u2018Action\u2019<\/strong> menu, click \u2018Export to CRM.\u2019<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      10. In the export wizard, choose \u2018Connection and Operation (Update\/Export).\u2019<\/strong> The system will automatically fill in the channel, object type, and IDs according to selection. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

      11. In the Odoo Multi-CRM Dashboard, you can view the stats and data of all the corresponding Vtiger connections.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      DATA MAPPING IN ODOO<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      12. Now, click the \u2018Mapping’<\/strong> menu to view all the mapped data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      You can also create Mapping (Feeds), which will be imported when the cron runs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      13. After that, open any sub-menu under the mapping menu to view the list of mapped data. Click any of them to view their details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      14. You can further view the Vtiger column mappings records. Click the \u2018Mapping> Vtiger\u2019<\/strong> and choose any sub-menus. It helps handle the columns for importing and exporting data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      15. It will also show data similar to the mapping created for import.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
