Online payments are getting more common day by day. Now, every business, whether big or small, accepts online payment. And if we talk about KSA and UAE, the people there mostly rely on online payment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With this in mind, we created Odoo Tamara Payment Connect, which allows customers in KS and UAE to make payments using Tamara. It’s safe and trusted by users and offers a smooth payment method that attracts new users, which results in a sales increase. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Moreover, customers can pay in the allowed currencies as per Tamara Payment Connect policies. In addition, the payment gateway offers flexibility, such as paying in installments or Pay Later to the customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

NOTE:<\/em><\/strong> The Pay Later and Installment options are available from Odoo 16.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

    INSTALLATION<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
    1. Once you purchase the App from Webkul store, you will receive the link to download the zip file of the module.<\/li>
    2. Extract the file on your system after the download finishes. You will be able to see a folder named- \u2018payment_tamara.\u2019<\/strong><\/li>
    3. Copy and paste this folder inside your Odoo Add-Ons path.<\/li>
    4. Now, open the Odoo App and click on the Settings menu. Here, click on Activate the Developer Mode.<\/li>
    5. Then, open the Apps menu and click on \u2018Update Modules List.\u2019<\/strong><\/li>
    6. In the search bar, remove all the filters and search \u2018payment_tamara.\u2019<\/strong><\/li>
    7. You will be able to see the module in the search result. Click on \u2018Install<\/strong>\u2019 to install it.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      WORKFLOW<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      Now, let’s configure Odoo Tamara Payment Connect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      CONFIGURATION<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      1. Firstly, log in to the Odoo backend and move to \u2018Invoicing> Configuration>Payment Providers> Tamara Payment.\u2019<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      2. On the next page, enter the name and state. Further, under the \u2018Credentials\u2019<\/strong> tab, paste or write the \u2018Tamara Merchant Token.\u2019<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      3. Next, move to the \u2018Configuration\u2019<\/strong> tab and enter the details such as display as, supported payment icons, maximum amount, countries, and \u2018Payment Journal.\u2019<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      5. After configuration, go to the \u2018Shop\u2019<\/strong> Page and open any product and add it to the cart by the \u2018Add To Cart\u2019<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      6. On the \u2018Confirm Order\u2019<\/strong> page, select the \u2018Tamara Payment\u2019<\/strong> and click the \u2018Pay Now\u2019<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      CONFIGURING AND MAKING INSTALLMENT PAYMENT<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      7. After that, go to \u2018Settings> Website,\u2019<\/strong> and under the \u2018Payment Tamara\u2019<\/strong> option, enables the Product Widget.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      8. After enabling, set the \u2018Payment Type\u2019<\/strong> as installment. Also, enable or disable \u2018Installment and PayLater\u2019<\/strong> by checking the box next to the options.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      While configuring, you can add the \u2018Maximum and Minimum Installment Amount, Installment Available amount, and No. of Installments.\u2019<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      9. Once done, save the changes and go to the website. Open any \u2018Product Page\u2019<\/strong> to see the Tamara installments split box below the price.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      10. On clicking the \u2018Tamara\u2019<\/strong> button, you can see the instruction to split payment in installments.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      11. Add the Product to the cart, and on the \u2018Confirm Order\u2019<\/strong> page, you will see all the split payments along with the date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      CONFIGURING AND CHOOSING THE PAY LATER OPTION<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      12. For the PayLater configuration, move to \u2018Settings> Website\u2019<\/strong> and under \u2018Payment Tamara,\u2019<\/strong> choose the PayLater payment type. Also, set the \u2018Pay Later Maximum Amount\u2019<\/strong> and hit the \u2018Save\u2019<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      13. Open the website, and go to a product whose price is less than the set maximum amount limit to view the \u2018Pay Later\u2019<\/strong> option.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      14. On clicking the \u2018Tamara\u2019<\/strong> option, you can view the instruction to avail of this payment method.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
