Odoo Zoom Meeting Integration<\/a> lets you create, update, and delete Zoom meetings directly from Odoo, ensuring automatic synchronization between the two platforms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Meeting agendas, timing, recurrence, and time zones are synced, and a meeting summary is added in Odoo when the meeting ends via webhook.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Odoo Zoom Meeting Integration also lets you manage settings like alternative hosts, audio\/video preferences, and track the organizer of each meeting created through Odoo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Installation<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

    1. Once you purchase the App from Webkul store, you will receive the link to download the zip file of the module.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Extract the file on your system after the download finishes. You will be able to see a folder named- \u2018zoom_meeting.\u2019<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Copy and paste this folder inside your Odoo Add-Ons path.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Now, open the Odoo App and click on the Settings menu. Here, click on Activate the Developer Mode.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Then, open the Apps menu and click on \u2018Update Modules List.\u2019<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    6. In the search bar, remove all the filters and search \u2018zoom_meeting.\u2019<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    7. You will be able to see the module in the search result. Click on \u2018Activate<\/strong>\u2019 to install it.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      1. Log in to your Zoom account and create a general app on the Zoom end.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Zoom Marketplace > Develop > Build App<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      2. Select General app<\/strong> as the app type and click Create<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
