One shipping service provider is not enough to deliver goods to customers. You require multiple shipping services to ship products to different parts of the world. But, integrating multiple shipping services will cost you too much.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So, how can you get shipping services at reasonable rates?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To solve this problem, we created Odoo ShipStation Connector. The module is a one-stop solution for all your shipping needs. Moreover, the module integrates multiple shipping carriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc. in your Odoo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Further, this module enables you can efficiently process and manage shipping orders via major shipping carriers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    INSTALLATION<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    1. Once you purchase the App from Webkul store, you will receive the link to download the zip file of the module.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Extract the file on your system after the download finishes. You will be able to see a folder named- \u2018odoo_shipstation_connector.\u2019<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Copy and paste this folder inside your Odoo Add-Ons path.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Now, open the Odoo App and click on the Settings menu. Here, click on Activate the Developer Mode.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Then, open the Apps menu and click on \u2018Update Modules List.\u2019<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    6. In the search bar, remove all the filters and search \u2018odoo_shipstation_connector.\u2019<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    7. You will be able to see the module in the search result. Click on \u2018Install<\/strong>\u2019 to install it.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      WORKFLOW<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      Let\u2019s see how to configure Odoo Shipstation Connector in the backend.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      CONFIGURATION<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      1. Firstly, log in to your Odoo backend, go to \u2018Shipstation> Configuration> Create,\u2019<\/strong> and fill in the name, Shipstation API Key, Shipstation secret code, and Shipstation Request URL.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      2. After saving, you can click on \u2018Get Shipstation Data and Get Quote\u2019<\/strong> to fetch Shipstation data and order data from Shipstation to Odoo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      CREATING CARRIERS, SERVICES, AND PACKAGES<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      7. Now, create carriers by locating \u2018Carriers> Shipstation Carriers> Create.\u2019<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

On the page, enter the following details, carrier name, carrier balance, carrier code, shipping provided ID, carrier account number, Marketplace user, and tick box next to \u2018is primary and funded account,\u2019 if required.       CREATING SHIPSTATION PRODUCTS, CUSTOMERS, AND ORDERS<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      14. Now, create Products by going to \u2018Orders> Shipstation Products> Create.\u2019<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      15. Enter the details and click the \u2018Save\u2019<\/strong> button to save the product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      16. Next, move to \u2018Orders> Shipstation Customers> Create.\u2019<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      17. On the new page, fill in the customer’s details and click the \u2018Save\u2019<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      18. After that, locate \u2018Orders> Shipstation Orders> Create.\u2019<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      19. Fill in the customer\u2019s details, add a product, and Add Shipping.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      20. In the pop-up, select the shipping method and click the \u2018Add\u2019<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      21. Now, you can see the shipping added to the order line and move to the \u2018Shipstation Data\u2019<\/strong> tab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      22. Update the Shipstation data or keep it the same. Once done, click the \u2018Save\u2019<\/strong> button and confirm the order. After that, click the \u2018Delivery\u2019<\/strong> option present next to \u2018Customer Preview.\u2019<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      PLACING ORDERS FROM THE WEBSITE<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      23. On the website, go to \u2018Shop,\u2019<\/strong> open any product and click \u2018Add to Cart.\u2019<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      24. On the checkout page, click \u2018Proces Checkout.\u2019<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      25. Next, make the payment using the \u2018Pay\u2019<\/strong> button. And the order has been placed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      VALIDATING THE ORDER DELIVERY<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      26. On the delivery page, check the quantity and click \u2018Validate\u2019 <\/strong>to verify the stock and validate the delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      27. After that, you will see four options:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      27.1. Print Label-<\/strong> This will print the label for the product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      27.2. Print-<\/strong> This option will print the delivery receipt of the order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      27.3. Return-<\/strong> This will allow you to create a return order for the product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      27.4. Unlock-<\/strong> This option will enable editing to make changes in shipping.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
