It can be a size issue, the incorrect product ordered, product no longer required, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If a customer is unable to exchange or cancel the order in case he is not satisfied with the purchase, he may move to another store. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thanks to Prestashop Order Exchange\/Cancellation, you can now allow your customers to easily create exchange\/cancellation for the orders placed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This extension facilitates the customers to exchange the products of any previous order with new products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Also, an additional payment option \u201cPay via wallet\u201d is provided to the customers on the store. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Customers can add money into their Prestashop wallet and use it for making payment for the orders can:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Choose to use the wallet in single or multiple currencies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the wallet currency (in case use of multiple currencies disabled)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Configure the order status on which customers can raise exchange request.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wk-index-wrap\"><h3 class=\"index-title\">Process Exchange\/Cancellation Request<\/h3><\/div><div class=\"margin-bottom-50\">\n<p>After successful installation, two new tabs: &#8216;My Request&#8217; and &#8216;My Wallet&#8217; gets available for the
