Simplify e-Invoicing with Odoo GST e-Invoice EWay-Bill System<\/a>!<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Transporters have to generate E-Way bills for all their transit exceeding 50,000. But it is a tedious task as most of the time, due to server load the page either stucks or is unbelted to upload orders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Due to this, you are unable to generate an E-Way bill. Hence, you require a module that eases this process and makes E-way bill generation easier for you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Odoo GST e-Invoice EWay-Bill System allows you to generate E-Way Bill quickly as it converts the order into a JSON file, which you can upload on the E-Way portal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

NOTE: <\/strong>GST e-Invoice EWay-Bill System Module works in conjunction with the following module:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You would require to install this module first for GST e-Invoice EWay-Bill System to work correctly.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

  1. Single-click to generate JSON format for GST E-Way Bill with a single click.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. All Unit Quantity Codes (UQC) are available, which helps prepare JSON for E-Way Bills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

    INSTALLATION<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    1. Once you purchase the App from Webkul store, you will receive the link to download the zip file of the module.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Extract the file on your system after the download finishes. You will be able to see a folder named- \u2018gst_einvoice_system.\u2019<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Copy and paste this folder inside your Odoo Add-Ons path.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Now, open the Odoo App and click on the Settings menu. Here, click on Activate the Developer Mode.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Then, open the Apps menu and click on \u2018Update Modules List.\u2019<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    6. In the search bar, remove all the filters and search \u2018gst_einvoice_system.\u2019<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    7. You will be able to see the module in the search result. Click on \u2018Install<\/strong>\u2019 to install it.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      WORKFLOW CONFIGURATION<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      1. Firstly, log in to your Odoo Backend and go to \u2018GST Eway Bill> Configuration> Settings.\u2019<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      2. On the setting page, you can click on the \u2018Click here to check version\u2019<\/strong> to check its version. After that, go to \u2018Configuration> Unit Quantity Code.\u2019<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      3. On the UQC page, you can see all the created UQC. Moreover, you can create new ones by clicking the \u2018Create\u2019<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      4. Next, click on the \u2018Master Data> Transpoerters> Create.\u2019<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      5. On the page, fill in the details and click the \u2018Save\u2019<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      6. Now go to \u2018My Master> Orders\u2019<\/strong> and click on any order to open it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      7. On the order detail page, click the \u2018Edit\u2019<\/strong> button and tick the box next to \u2018Generate E-Way Bill.\u2019<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      8. On ticking the box, a new tab (\u2018E-Way Bill Details\u2019)<\/strong> will add to the page click on this tab and fill in the \u2018Transportation Details.\u2019 <\/strong>Once done, click on the \u2018Save\u2019 button to save the changes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      9. After that, click on \u2018My Master> E-Way Bill Order\u2019<\/strong> to see all the E-Way Bill Orders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      10. Now, select one or two or all E-Way orders and click on the \u2018Action> Generate E-Way Bill JSON\u2019<\/strong> to generate JSON of the selected orders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      e-Invoice JSON<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

      11. The JSON file will look like this, which you can use for the E-Way bills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      12. Next, select the E- Way bill and click on \u2018Action> Consolidated E-Way Bill JSON,\u2019<\/strong> which will open a popup. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

      13. In the popup, fill in the details asked and click on the \u2018Print\u2019 button to generate a consolidated E-Way bill.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      14. In case of any problem relating to the vehicle, you can update it as well. Just open an E-Way Bill and click on the \u2018Update Vehicle NO.\u2019<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      15. In the popup, fill in the \u2018Vehicle Number, Reason, and Remarks,\u2019<\/strong> once done, click on the \u2018Update\u2019<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      16. You can also manage the source address inside the Odoo warehouse; you need to add the GSTIN number to link it with the GST E-way bill.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      e-Invoice e-Way Bill Portal Setup<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

      17. After that, go to the GST e-Invoice portal and upload the e-Invoice JSON<\/strong> file.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      18. Once uploaded, it will show the details of the JSON. Also, it will show the details and IRN number. You can copy it or Download the \u2018Excel or Signed JSON\u2019<\/strong> from the button present on the page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      19. Now, go to GST e-Invoice and open any invoice and click the \u2018GST e-Invoice\u2019<\/strong> tab and click the \u2018Generate IRN\u2019<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      20. In the popup, you will get two methods:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      20.1. Upload IRN via CSV:<\/strong> Which is the file you downloaded from the GST e-Invoice e-Way bill portal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      20.2 Manually Add GST e-Invoice Response: <\/strong>When you have to enter all details manually.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      21. On choosing \u2018Upload IRN via CSV\u2019<\/strong> you just need to upload the previously downloaded CSV and have to click the \u2018Import\u2019 button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      22. On selecting \u2018Manually Add GST e-Invoice Response,\u2019<\/strong> enter the details such as \u2018Acknowledgement Number, Acknowledgement Date, Invoice Reference Number, SIgned QRCode, and Signed Invoice\u2019<\/strong> and click the \u2018Import\u2019<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      23. Once done, you can see all the details saved in the system with the updated status \u2018IRN Generated.\u2019<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
