Applying multiple discounts and coupons on a product can make it difficult to calculate the final price, especially when there are multiple items in the cart. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This can lead to confusion and errors in the calculation. So, how to overcome this problem and calculate the product’s final price?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To make things convenient for you and allow you to calculate the final price of the product(s) hassle-freely, we present to you the Odoo Sales Order Total Discount.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This module will let you calculate the products’ final price easily, even after applying multiple coupons and discounts. Further, you can configure it to exclude products from giving discounts too.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. The modules enable you to calculate the total discount on an order placed on your Odoo website.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. The module also computes the discount amount for each product and displays it on the checkout page.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

    INSTALLATION<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    1. Once you purchase the App from the Webkul store, you will receive the link to download the zip file of the module.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Extract the file on your system after the download finishes. You will be able to see a folder named- \u2018total_discount.\u2019<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Copy and paste this folder inside your Odoo Add-Ons path.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Now, open the Odoo App and click on the Settings menu. Here, click on Activate the Developer Mode.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Then, open the Apps menu and click on \u2018Update Modules List.\u2019<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    6. In the search bar, remove all the filters and search \u2018total_discount.\u2019<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    7. You will be able to see the module in the search results. Click on \u2018Install<\/strong>\u2019 to install it.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      WORKFLOW CONFIGURATION<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      1. To set up discounts in Odoo, navigate to ‘Sales > Configuration > Discount Configuration<\/strong>‘ and click ‘Create<\/strong>‘.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      2. Now fill in the details such as \u2018Configuration Name, Delivery Discount Message, Include Negative Price Product, and Exclude Products.\u2019<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Note:<\/strong> The products you mention in the Exclude Products will be excluded from the discount.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      3. After that, go to \u2018Settings> Website\u2019<\/strong> and locate \u2018Discounts\u2019<\/strong> under \u2018Pricing\u2019<\/strong> and check the box next to it. Once done, click on the \u2018Save\u2019<\/strong> button. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

      After saving, click on the \u2018Pricelists\u2019<\/strong> under the same menu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      4. Navigate to the pricelists page, access the ‘Public Pricelist<\/strong>,’ and select the ‘Configuration<\/strong>‘ tab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Within the discounts section, opt for ‘Show Public Price & Discount To Customer<\/strong>‘ and then save the changes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      5. On the website, when you add products to the cart and checkout to the next page and have applied multiple discount coupons on it. You will see the total value of the discount on every product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
