Introduction: <\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

We have introduced a new feature in our Multivendor Marketplace App<\/a>. This allows you to send custom notifications to your sellers. Check the below video<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Configuration<\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Let’s dive into the process to configure this feature in your multivendor app for Shopify.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To enable this, please visit-
Multivendor Admin Panel > Sellers > Sellers Notification <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Clicking on the Seller Notification you would be redirected to the page where you can add as well as check notifications<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n

Add Notification<\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

You can click on “ADD NOTIFICATION” in order to create a new notification for the sellers<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To add a new notification you need to enter the title as well as the description of the notification. Now click on submit. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

NOTE-<\/span><\/strong> The title limit is 100 characters and the limit for a notification message is 5000 characters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now, click on submit and the same will be visible to the sellers on their respective seller panels accordingly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Seller Notifications<\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

The latest notification added by the admin will appear on the seller dashboard as a pop-up when sellers will login to their seller dashboard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Merchant Notifications <\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

By clicking on the bell icon, the sellers will be able to view the top 5 recent notifications here added by the admin also they can click on view all to check all the previous notifications<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Seller can also view their notification by logging in their panel than going to merchant notification as shown below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Admin Seller Notifications <\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Now, the admin can also check their created notification in the notification panel. Also, the admin can view & delete it by clicking on three dots. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

An email will be triggered to the seller along with the seller notification.<\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

We have added a new feature in the seller notification settings. With this, an email will also be triggered to the seller along with the seller notification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To enable this, the admin needs to navigate to Admin Panel of Marketplace \u2192 Mail Settings \u2192 Mail Templates, select the “Seller Notification” email from the three-dot menu, and enable its status.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once enabled, whenever the admin creates a seller notification, an email will automatically be sent to the seller in addition to the notification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
