Maintaining meeting records is necessary for keeping track of the discussions that have taken place in preparation for upcoming events in the organization. Adding meeting minutes to the calendar view offers you a fair perspective of all the meetings you’ve had in a given month.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The module Odoo Calendar: Minutes of Meeting has a calendar view that allows you to add MOM on a certain date as well as meeting information. You can include the meeting agenda as well as the meeting conclusion. Meeting summary can also be emailed to all attendees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The meeting URL, as well as a list of all attendees, is added to the meeting. The meeting summary is emailed to the attendees’ emails, which are automatically retrieved by the MOM manager.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    INSTALLATION<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
    1. Once you purchase the App from the Webkul store, you will receive the link to download the zip file of the module.<\/li>
    2. Extract the file from your system after the download finishes. As a result, you will be able to see a folder named- \u2018wk_calendar_mom\u2019<\/strong>.<\/li>
    3. Copy and paste this folder inside your Odoo Add-Ons path<\/strong>.<\/li>
    4. Now, open the Odoo Apps and then, click on the Settings menu. Here, click on Activate the Developer Mode.<\/li>
    5. Then, open the Apps menu and click on the \u2018Update Modules List\u2019<\/strong>.<\/li>
    6. In the search bar, remove all the filters and then, search \u2018wk_calendar_mom\u2019<\/strong>.<\/li>
    7. As a result, you will be able to see the module in the search result. Click on \u2018Install\u2019<\/strong> to install it.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      WORKFLOW<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
      1. Firstly, login to the ‘Odoo Instance’<\/strong> and go to the ‘Calendar’<\/strong> moldule.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        1. The meeting agenda can be viewed here in the calendar view.<\/li>
        2. User can also sort the Calendar on the basis of Day, Week, Month and Year.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          1. User can create meeting from the backend.<\/li>
          2. Add the meeting details like meeting url, employee attendees etc.<\/li>
          3. Click on the Send Summary<\/strong> to send the summary report to the meeting attendees.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
