Odoo Opencart Bridge Multi-image Extension–sync multiple product images between Odoo and Opencart Websites.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Online, as well as offline shopping, offers a whole different experience to users. When customers make a purchase through offline mode, then they have the opportunity to personally feel the quality of the product as the mode offers you a chance to touch the real product before purchasing it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On the other hand, when customers choose online ways to buy products then they are not able to check the product physically. Hence, it becomes very important for the online store owners to use effective product media on the Website especially product images. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

While selling products online, the personal touch is not possible and so in order to make the product more appealing to the customers, it is imperative for the seller to use effective product media at the Website especially product images. The product images enhance the product description of the product and make it more appealing to the visitors of your e-store.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Features<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

1:- Odoo Opencart Bridge Multi-image Extension allows you to sync product images bi-directionally between Odoo and Opencart.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2:- The admin can use the same Product images at both ends i,e Odoo Website and Opencart Cart Website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3:-  Odoo Opencart Bridge Multi-image Extension allows you to manage the mapping of product images.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4:-  Odoo Opencart Bridge Multi-image Extension also allows you to sync product images in bulk between Odoo and Opencart.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Installation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

a) Installation at Odoo end.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

1:- Place the modules \u2018oob_extra_image\u2019  modules inside Odoo addons which are available in the \u2018Odoo Modules\u2019 folder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2:-  Restart your Odoo server.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3:- Now, open the Odoo and click on the settings menu. Here, click on the \u2018Activate the developer mode’ or activate the developer mode by typing \u2018debug=1\u2019 after \u2018web?\u2019 in the URL. Then, open Apps Menu and click on the \u2018Update Apps List\u2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4:- Search for the modules and then install the modules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

b) Installation at Opencart end.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

1:- Upload admin, and catalog directories into your Opencart\u2019s root directory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2:- After uploading directories, go to your browser, run Opencart and login to the admin side. Then, Go to Extensions->Installer upload that Wk_multiimage.ocmod.zip file which is present under the OCMOD folder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3:- After uploading the zip file go to Admin->Extensions->Modification. Then, refresh the content by clicking the upper right button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4:- Go to users>>users group and edit the desired group (especially admin) and then give access and modify permission to all the uploaded files.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5:- Now in order to install the module, Navigate to Admin->Extensions->Extensions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Workflow<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

1:- Image Mappings and Images Export from the Opencart end in Odoo Opencart Bridge Multi-image Extension.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In order to view the Image mappings at the Opencart end, go to Odoo mapping and then select \u2018Extra Image Mapping\u2019. As a result, the Extra Image mapping page will open.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Click on the export button to sync the Extra Images from Opencart to Odoo. Upon clicking on the Export button the images will get synchronized to the Odoo end and assigned to the respective product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2:- Image mapping at Odoo end in Odoo Opencart Bridge Multi-image Extension.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To view the Image mapping at Odoo’s end, you need to navigate to ‘EComm Odoo Bridge\u2019 and go to \u2018Mapping\u2019 and Select \u2018Image Mapping\u2019. As a result, the image Mapping page will be opened.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3:- Bulk Product images export from Odoo to Opencart end.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In order to export the images of all products available in Odoo at the same time. Open \u2018EComm Odoo Bridge\u2019 and then select \u2018Bulk Synchronization\u2019. Click on the \u2018Synchronize Images\u2019 in order to export images in bulk from Odoo to Opencart. The images will get synchronized to the Opencart and will get assigned to the respective product at the Opencart end.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Multiple product images getting synchronized from Opencart to Odoo will be visible in the tab \u2018Extra Product media\u2019 under the E-commerce tab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Multiple Product images will also get synchronized from Odoo to Opencart and will be visible in the image section.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
