Warehouse Management is much needed here. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

But Managing Multiple Warehouse(s) is not an easy task. It comes with the headache to manage all day-to-day warehouse operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So, if you’re having multiple warehouses and wish to manage all your warehouse operations in a stress-free manner. For example: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Stocks allocation<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Stocks accuracy<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Incoming\/Outgoing stocks<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Stocks movement with-in a warehouse<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Then you’ve landed on the right solution. We’re soon launching the ” Webkul Warehouse Management” plugin which merchants can install on their Shopify store & run their warehouse operations smoothly. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now, Let’s quickly have look at the Installation process & Workflow :<\/p>\n\n\n\n

INSTALLATION<\/h3><\/div>\n\n\n\n

To install the Webkul Warehouse Management app, Please visit this “Landing page<\/a>” & here enter your store URL & hit the “Install” button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Then Plans listing will open where you can choose any plan as per your requirements. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The installation of the app is complete after we select the plan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The warehouse management app comes with free 7-days free trial. Post Trial days, The app becomes chargeable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

DASHBOARD<\/h3><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Now, We redirect to the “Dashboard” of the warehouse management app.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Check a few quick instructions you need to follow like Add warehouses, Importing Products and Orders:

Once we complete all the listed instructions,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We can check the dedicated dashboard to view the statistics of the Warehouse operations like Recent upcoming fulfilments, Recent Upcoming Stocks, etc. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

WAREHOUSES<\/h3><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Here Admin can view the Warehouse listing & further enable\/disable\/delete\/edit\/view the warehouse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Start adding warehouses via “Warehouse” section of the app.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Here click “Add-new”: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now, “Add warehouse” form will open. Here fill-up all the necessary details like warehouse name, Address, Choose Your Shopify store’s location which you would like to connect with the warehouse & So-on: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Note:<\/span><\/strong> At a single Shopify location, We can add multiple warehouses. For example: Let’s say, On Shopify, We have 2 locations: L1 & L2<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Then we can create Multiple warehouses on the L1 location ( i.e W1, W2, W3)<\/strong> & Similarly create Multiple warehouses on the L2 location( W4, W5, W6)<\/strong> via the ” Webkul Warehouse Management” app. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please Note: By default 1st warehouse which we have created becomes default on Shopify location i.e On L1 location W1 warehouse becomes the default.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Similarly: On L2 location: W2 warehouse becomes the default. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

LOCATIONS<\/h3><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Here, Admin can view the list of his\/her Shopify store locations & These locations gets auto-synced as soon as the merchant installs the warehouse plugin\/app in their store. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Also, Admin can view all the attached warehouse’s list with the respective Shopify locations. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

WANT TO CHANGE DEFAULT WAREHOUSE ON SHOPIFY’S LOCATION?<\/h3><\/div>\n\n\n\n

As explained above, We can create Multiple warehouses for a single shopify location & the first created warehouse become as default warehouse at that respective shopify’s location. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

However, If Admin want, they can change the default warehouse on shopify’s location. But how? <\/p>\n\n\n\n

See below steps for this:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Go to Locations ->> Click on “View details” tab in front of any location ->> Change “Default warehouse” ->> Save<\/p>\n\n\n\n

PRODUCTS<\/h3><\/div>\n\n\n\n

To import the products in warehouse management app, Please make sure that, You have added warehouses from the “Warehouses” section of the app as it is the mandatory step.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Then start importing the products from “Products ->> Import products” tab. Refer:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Note: Bydefault products will be imported at the default warehouse which is connected to Product’s respective Shopify location . <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

ORDERS<\/h3><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Admin can import the existing orders in the warehouse management app.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Important Point to be noted: <\/strong>Make sure to import all the associated products first & then start importing the orders. All the new orders will be imported in the app automatically.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now admin can start fulfilling the orders. While fulfilling the orders, Admin can choose the warehouse & accordingly, The product quantity will be reduced from the respective warehouse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
