Odoo Attendance App<\/a> lets your employees mark their attendance directly through their mobile phones. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

It also lets the employees check the sign-in and sign-out time; so that working hours can be checked as well as managed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The usage of paper for attendance marking and monitoring is no longer necessary with Odoo Attendance Mobile App. It helps you to make the process more transparent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The module also allows getting notified for important actions like sign in and sign out notification. Employees can also filter the attendance history on the basis of months.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Details like Name, Photo, Designation, Contact Number, Email Id, and Work Location are also shown. It offers easy to manage each & every field forces employee attendances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    INSTALLATION<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    1. Once you purchase the App from the Webkul store, you will receive the link to download the zip file of the module.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Extract the file from your system after the download finishes. As a result, you will be able to see a folder named- \u2018mobikul_odoo_attendance\u2019<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Copy and paste this folder inside your Odoo Add-Ons path.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Now, open Odoo Mobile App<\/a> and then, click on the Settings menu. Here, click on Activate the Developer Mode.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Then, open the Apps menu and click on the \u2018Update Modules List\u2019<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    6. In the search bar, remove all the filters and then, search \u2018mobikul_odoo_attendance\u2019<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    7. As a result, you will be able to see the module in the search result. Click on \u2018Install\u2019<\/strong> to install it.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      WORKFLOW<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      Mobikul Attendance Configuration<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      1. Firstly, login to the ‘Odoo Instance’<\/strong> and go to the ‘Mobikul Attendance’<\/strong> to configure the mobile attendance app.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
          \n
        1. Now, go to the ‘Settings’<\/strong> under the ‘Configuration’<\/strong> menu. To configure mobikul attendance app click on the configuration button.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        2. Admin can also give access to the users of the app to reset password directly by clicking on the checkbox next to Allow Reset Password<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
