So, that they can accordingly fulfil it on time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The management of the order is only available to the admin &amp; a supplier can not manage or even update order status.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The module basically provides a shop admin with functionality to create &amp; manage the order that he\/she placed to the supplier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Using such functionality, a shop owner will be able to keep a record of all the orders that he\/she placed to a supplier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong> <strong>PrestaShop Purchase Order Management module is compatible with PrestaShop multi-store feature.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wk-index-wrap\"><div class=\"block-wrap\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading index-title\">Features of PrestaShop Purchase Order Management module<\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Generate purchase order for the suppliers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The management of order is available to the shop admin only not to suppliers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A shop admin can manage the order by communicating with the suppliers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It is helpful in keeping a record of all the orders an admin places to supplier for restocking the shop products.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the order status for the supplier order on which you want to restock the quantity of the product.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Customize the prefix of purchase order name as per your own suitability.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Choose to add current year &amp; current month to order name.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enter the order number from where you want to start the orders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In total, eight default order statuses are available.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Also, choose to add order statuses of your own. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Notify supplier via email on placing an order, so that they can fulfil it on time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add tracking URL &amp; supplier&#8217;s invoice to the order for reference.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Choose to download the order details in the PDF format.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quantity of the product will update when the order reaches the status set for quantity update.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add supplier email from the supplier details page.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wk-index-wrap\"><div class=\"block-wrap\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading index-title\">How to install the PrestaShop Purchase Order Management module<\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul id=\"block-a6c7d627-7fce-4539-898f-58ebede71f91\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Firstly, go to the module manager in back office and click on \u2018upload a module\u2019.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After that, drag and drop the module file or select the file from the system.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In this way, the module installation will be successful.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\" id=\"block-0ce5ac18-2129-4131-aa4e-56e378b74636\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cdnblog.webkul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/1-5-1200x334.png\" alt=\"Click to upload PrestaShop Supplier Purchase Order module\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\" id=\"block-e358163f-eea4-416e-bfcd-8df7460a196b\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cdnblog.webkul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/2-3-1200x424.png\" alt=\"Drop or select PrestaShop Supplier Purchase Order file\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\" id=\"block-229a570b-aced-4004-af41-661b74a16752\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cdnblog.webkul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/3-2-1200x391.png\" alt=\"PrestaShop Supplier Purchase Order module installed on prestashop\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wk-index-wrap\"><div class=\"block-wrap\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading index-title\">How to configure the PrestaShop Purchase Order Management module<\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>After the successful installation of the module, an admin can proceed to configure the module.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"general-settings\">General Settings<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In this section, there are multiple options available. So, let&#8217;s see each of the options one by one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Order Status:<\/strong> Select the order status on which you want to update the quantity of the product.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>It simply means that when the order status for the supplier order will reach this stage, the quantity of the product will update.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Also, please note that the product quantity will update according to the purchased quantity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Purchase Order Name Prefix:<\/strong> Enter the prefix for the order name.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Purchase Order Number:<\/strong> Enter the number from where you want to start the orders. Set it to &#8220;0&#8221; to start it from 1.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Add current year to order name:<\/strong> Enable to add the current year to the order name. (For example 2021, 2022 etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Add current month to order name:<\/strong> Enable to add current month to the order name. Now, there will be following new things on the page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>An option to update the status of the order<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Download the PDF of the order details<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>An option to upload the invoice provided by supplier for future reference<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Option to add the tracking URL of the order<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Details of the ordered product, their quantity, unit price &amp; the total price<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Note<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A supplier also receives an email notification of the order when an admin clicks on the place order button.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>And, an option to add the email for supplier also becomes available on the supplier information details page.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1110\" height=\"953\" <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hummingbird Printed Sweater &#8211; 2399 quantities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1081\" height=\"597\" settings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You&#8217;ll be updating the order status on your own after getting the confirmation from a supplier via other mediums.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There is no functionality available to let a supplier update the order status for the admin order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1099\" height=\"942\"
