Therefore, the customer can send back the items they have purchased from the online eCommerce website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hence, an RMA system makes it simpler for the customers to exchange the items they have purchased or issue refunds. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A good RMA system includes other features as well, like having a conversation on top of a refund\/return request. To generate an RMA the respective customer must have an item in the order that is available for the return. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Requests to return individual items are managed by the&nbsp;<em>Enable RMA<\/em>&nbsp;attribute in each product record. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By default, the configuration settings are applied to the product (<em>Use Config Settings<\/em>&nbsp;is selected). a&nbsp;&#8220;<code>Complete\"<\/code>&nbsp;status to create a return request.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Under the&nbsp;<em>Return Information<\/em>&nbsp;section, select the&nbsp;<strong>Return Items<\/strong>&nbsp;tab.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To add items to return, click&nbsp;<strong>Add Items<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the checkbox for the required product and click&nbsp;<strong>Add Selected Product to returns<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For&nbsp;<strong>Requested<\/strong>, enter the number of items to be returned.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Set&nbsp;<strong>Return The store owner can also submit an RMA request from the admin panel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2: RMA Issued<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After collecting requests, the store owner can authorize it
