Odoo Marketplace Multi Step Vendor Signup<\/a> module allows you to customize the registration form to meet your specific needs and gather the necessary information. This initial step ensures you stay connected with your registered vendors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Maintaining accurate vendor information is crucial. The registration form serves as the primary method to keep your vendor records up to date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Before approving a vendor as a seller on your Marketplace, it’s essential to collect all necessary details to establish their credibility and trustworthiness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

FEATURES<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

  1. This module enables you to revamp the vendor signup form on Odoo Marketplace.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Users can convert the original signup form into a multi-step registration process.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. The form features multiple steps with fields for vendors to complete.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Each step functions as a Registration group, accommodating multiple fields.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Clear headings categorize each step of the Odoo marketplace form.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Users can also customize the sequence of each step from the Odoo backend.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Easily incorporate additional fields into the form at any stage directly from the backend.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. Every field is configured as an attribute within the Odoo backend.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  9. Users have the flexibility to designate fields as mandatory or optional within the Vendor Multi-Step registration form.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  10. Enhance the user experience by providing helpful placeholder text for each field, guiding vendors through the form-filling process effortlessly.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    INSTALLATION<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    1. Once you purchase the App from the Webkul store, you will receive the link to download the zip file of the module.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Extract the file on your system after the download finishes. As a result, you will be able to see a folder named- \u2018marketplace_vendor_signup<\/strong>\u2019.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Copy and paste this folder inside your Odoo Add-Ons path.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Now, open the Odoo Apps and then, click on the Settings menu. Here, click on Activate<\/strong> the Developer Mode.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Then, open the Apps menu and click on the \u2018Update Modules List<\/strong>\u2019.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    6. In the search bar, remove all the filters and then, search \u2018marketplace_vendor_signup<\/strong>\u2019.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    7. As a result, you will be able to see the module in the search result. Click on \u2018Install<\/strong>\u2019 to install it.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      WORKFLOW<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      Register as a Seller<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

      1. The form guides the seller through a series of sequenced steps. First, the seller provides their personal information, then clicks the ‘Next<\/strong>‘ button to proceed to the following step.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        2. Now, enter the required information in the second step and click \u2018Next<\/strong>\u2019 to proceed to the following signup stage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        3. Add the \u2018contact<\/strong>\u2019 information and click the \u2018Signup<\/strong>\u2019 button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        4. A pop-up will appear confirming your submission has been successfully received.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Admin View<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

        5. Log in as an admin, go to \u2018Settings> Marketplace> Miscellaneous<\/strong>\u2019 and enable the \u2018Multi-Step Signup\u2019 for sellers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        6. Administrators can easily create attributes directly from the backend to customize the registration form. Navigate to the Vendor Signup <\/strong>menu and access the Registration Attributes<\/strong> tab to get started.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        7. Create the attribute by clicking on the Create button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        8. Choose your signup attribute, input the attribute label and sequence, and mark the checkbox ‘Is Required<\/strong>‘ if it’s mandatory. Assign the attribute to a registration group, then save your settings with a click.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        9. To get started, navigate to the Registration Groups tab within the Vendor Signup menu. Next, click on the Create button to begin setting up a new Registration Group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        10. Easily customize your registration group by adding group names, sequences, and required attributes with a simple click using the “Add a Line<\/strong>” tab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        11. Enable or disable registration groups on the website with a simple click using the Activate\/Deactivate<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
