You will find two folders inside it namely-\u00a0MagentoMarketplace<\/strong> and\u00a0MagentoMarketplaceUltimoThemePatch.<\/strong> Inside the MagentoMarketplace<\/strong> \u00a0file folder you will find SRC folder, inside the\u00a0src<\/strong>\u00a0folder you will find app, media & skin<\/strong> folders. You have to upload<\/strong> these three folders- app, media & skin<\/strong> \u00a0into the Magento root folder<\/strong> on the server as shown below.<\/p>\n After uploading the app, media & skin<\/strong> folders into the Magento root folder as shown above, if you are using a custom theme like Ultimo, for which we are already providing the Ultimo theme patch for Marketplace you need to navigate to\u00a0MagentoMarketplaceUltimoThemePatch->src->app<\/strong> and upload the app<\/strong> folder into the Magento root folder as shown below.<\/p>\n After moving both the folder flush the cache from Magento admin module. Under System > Cache management<\/strong>.<\/p>\n Inside folder\u00a0 Magento Marketplace->src->app->locale-> we have two folders en_US and es_ES. If you want to change the language to Spanish, then just move your Webkul_Marketplace.csv <\/b>which is inside the es_ES<\/b> folder file inside the Magento root -> app\/locale\/[LANG CODE]<\/b>. For an example, if you want to change the language in Spanish, then choose the locale Spanish\u00a0and put the locale Spanish\u00a0and put the Webkul_Marketplace.CSV<\/b> file inside inside app\/locale\/<\/b>\u00a0as shown below in the screenshot.<\/p>\n Step 1:<\/strong><\/p>\n After Magento\u00a0marketplace module installation,\u00a0unzip the folder and click on the src<\/strong> folder, inside src folder<\/strong> you have an app<\/strong> folder. Click it to open the locale<\/strong> folder, inside the locale<\/strong> folder you shall have the language folder. e.g en_US<\/strong>. Inside this folder, you have Webkul_Marketplace.csv<\/strong> file, open and edit it according to the translation.<\/p>\n The actual CSV file <\/strong>looks like below snapshot:<\/p>\n Now you need to translate all the keywords on the right hand side inside the\u00a0Webkul_Marketplace.<\/strong>csv file as per the below screen shot.<\/p>\n Step 2: Step3:<\/strong><\/p>\n Now, upload the translated Webkul_Marketplace.csv<\/strong> file from the step 1<\/strong> to the language folder inside locale on the server. Now you are done translating your Magento Marketplace Multi-Vendor module.<\/p>\n After the successful installation of the marketplace module, the\u00a0admin can configure this module.<\/p>\n The admin will be able to see Marketplace Configuration settings by navigating through\u00a0System>Configuration.<\/strong><\/p>\n As per the above screenshot, you can see many admin configuration parameters for Marketplace. Let\u2019s explain one by one.<\/p>\n Percent per product sale is the global commission which the admin needs to enter. This commission mechanism will be applicable for all the sellers. Let’s say as an example there is a seller S1 and his\/her product(P1) price is 100 USD so on the sale of product P1 seller will get 80 USD and admin will get 20 USD as commission.<\/p>\n Attribute Set ID is the default ID for your global catalog. Admin can select multiple attributes set from the Multi-Select list.<\/p>\n By enabling \u201cYES\u201d<\/strong>, the admin allows the sellers to manage the orders from front-end. Now the seller can generate invoices, tracking number and shipment for the orders of their products. Even the seller can notify the customers by sending them emails, cancel\/refund the order and even print the order.<\/p>\n And by enabling\u00a0“NO”,\u00a0<\/strong>the sellers can’t manage the orders for their products. Now the admin will generate invoices, tracking number and shipment for all the orders.<\/p>\n If M<\/strong>ove Product Tax To Seller Account<\/strong> is set as NO<\/strong>\u00a0then the product Tax amount will forward into Admin account else, it will go into Seller account.<\/p>\n If the admin has set “Seller Approval Required”\u00a0<\/strong>as\u00a0“Yes”. <\/strong>Then, the users required the admin approval to become the sellers. But if this option set as “No”\u00a0<\/strong>then\u00a0the users won’t require admin’s approval for becoming the sellers.<\/p>\n If the admin has set\u00a0“Product Approval Required”\u00a0<\/strong>as\u00a0“Yes”<\/strong>. Then, Whenever the seller adds products, he would require admin’s approval to make the product visible on the web store. But if this option set as\u00a0“No”\u00a0<\/strong>then\u00a0the sellers won’t require admin’s approval for\u00a0their products.<\/p>\n The admin can Enable\/Disable the captcha from the backend. Captcha is used at the time of contacting a seller as shown below in the screenshot. After clicking on “Contact Us”<\/strong> option, this pop up comes up where the buyer needs to fill in the required information and the captcha to send the message to the seller as shown below.<\/p>\n By this option, admin can restrict Product update by the seller. If the admin has set “Product Update Approval Required” <\/strong>as\u00a0“Yes”. <\/strong>Then,\u00a0whenever the seller tries to update any parameter of the product, he would require admin’s approval to make those updations visible on the web store. Else if set as\u00a0“No”<\/strong>, then no need of admin’s approval.<\/p>\n Using this field admin can restrict seller to use only some selected categories to add products. Those categories which are not selected by admin will not appear.<\/p>\n Here, the admin will enter the \u201cfile extension\u201d<\/strong> of the image for the product and these extensions will be comma separated. While adding new products the seller can add images of the products having the extension configured by the admin from the backend.<\/p>\n Enable Low Notification<\/strong>\u2013 If \u201cEnable Low Notification\u201d<\/strong> is selected as \u201cYes\u201d<\/strong>, then seller get notified via emails when their product inventory decreases with subsequent orders. As soon as the inventory reaches to the specified minimum level set by the admin, a low stock notification mail will be sent to the\u00a0seller if enabled from the admin panel.<\/p>\n Low Stock Quantity<\/strong>\u2013 Enter low stock quantity, which will allow sending low stock notification mail to sellers when product quantity will be equal or less than this quantity.<\/p>\n When “Order Approval Required”<\/strong> is set as \u2018Yes\u2019<\/strong>, the admin has to approve each order manually and only after that seller will get notified about the order. If set as\u00a0\u2018No\u2019<\/strong>, order notification will automatically be sent to the seller.<\/p>\n Allow Seller to Add Related Products<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n Admin can allow sellers to add \u2018Related Products\u2019 while creating or editing products from the seller\u2019s panel.<\/p>\n Allow Seller to Add Up-Sell Products<\/strong><\/p>\n Admin can allow sellers to add \u2018Up-Sell Products\u2019 while creating or editing products from the seller\u2019s panel.<\/p>\n Allow Seller to Add Cross-Sell Products<\/strong><\/p>\n Admin can allow sellers to add \u2018Cross-Sell Products\u2019 while creating or editing products from the seller\u2019s panel.<\/p>\n Allow Seller to Add Limit on Product Purchase for Customer<\/strong><\/p>\n Admin can allow the seller to set product purchase quantity limit for buyers.<\/p>\n Allowed Product Qty on Product Purchase for Customer<\/strong><\/p>\n Here admin can enter the default value that will use when the seller has not set any product purchase limit.<\/p>\n For example, if the admin has set default 3\u00a0product purchase quantity and the seller has not set any limit then the customer can only buy 3\u00a0product quantity. If the seller has set some product quantity limit then that limit will be used. If admin sets this option as \u201cYes\u201d<\/strong>, then the seller info. will be visible under the Marketplace Dashboard menu on the product and the landing page. If this option is set to \u201cNo\u201d<\/strong>, then the seller info. will be hidden from the Marketplace Dashboard, product, and the Marketplace landing page.<\/p>\n If this option is set to \u201cYes\u201d<\/strong>, then seller can change their profile page background color as per their need.<\/p>\n When this option is set \u201cYes\u201d<\/strong>, then the seller can change the URL to any name they want and then that new name will appear. The seller can change the URL of the Profile page, Review page, Collection page & Location page. Like this seller can manage the custom URL for their shop.<\/p>\n The seller policies like return policy, shipping policy will be visible on the frontend if the\u00a0“Seller Policies Enable at front end”<\/strong> option is set to\u00a0“Yes”\u00a0<\/strong>by the admin. Else the seller policies will not be visible if set as\u00a0“No”.<\/strong><\/p>\n If the admin has selected \u201cYes<\/strong>\u201d for this field then when a new customer creates a new account it automatically creates the seller public URL at the time of registration. If the admin has set this option as \u201cNo<\/strong>\u201c, then the seller will have to manually add his rewrite URLs.<\/p>\n Here, the admin can Enable or Disable the Seller registration from Customer Registration Page.
