The agents can also select the Assets Visibility for the previous customer tickets. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The agents can click on any of the previous tickets to view their details and to communicate with the customer regarding that ticket query. Customer Previous Tickets icon also allows the agents to view the assigned team, agent, and group for the previous tickets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wk-index-wrap\"><h3 class=\"index-title\">Features of Customer Previous Ticket App<\/h3><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The agents can view all the previous tickets of the customers by clicking on the customer&#8217;s previous ticket icon.<\/li><li>The agents can click on the Assets Visibility under the customer&#8217;s previous ticket icon to view more details of the tickets.<\/li><li>Save time to search the previous ticket for the same customer.<\/li><li>The agents can click on any of the previous customer tickets to view their query\/details.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wk-index-wrap\"><h3 class=\"index-title\">Installation of Customer Previous Ticket App<\/h3><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 1:<\/strong>&nbsp;Make a directory with the name&nbsp;<strong>uvdesk<\/strong>&nbsp;inside the project\u2019s App folder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Note<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Make sure your project must be running under the development environment.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 2<\/strong>: The customer will get a\u00a0<strong>zip folder<\/strong>\u00a0after purchasing the extension. After that,\u00a0unzip the respective extension zip then rename the extracted folder name to \u201c<strong>customer-previous-tickets\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0after that merge\u00a0<strong><strong>customer-previous-tickets<\/strong><\/strong>\u00a0folder into the project root directory inside\u00a0<strong>apps\/uvdesk<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
