The\u00a0Multi-vendor Marketplace\u00a0<\/a>has come up with yet another shipping feature app named\u00a0J&T Express.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

J&T Express<\/a> is known to be an integrated logistics service that allows sellers to ship the package(s) using their own packaging and deliver the items to the customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

By enabling this featured app, the admin can allow sellers to manage the order fulfillment via J&T Express and automatically generate shipping labels of the orders. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This feature app will charge you a minimal amount of\u00a0$10 per month<\/strong>\u00a0over and above your current Multivendor plan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

NOTE<\/span>:- This\u00a0J&T Express shipping feature app is available only with the Multivendor\u00a0Pro<\/strong>\u00a0Plan<\/strong>\u00a0($60\/month). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Moreover, you need to enable the\u00a0Shipping<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0Add-on for FREE from the \u2018Feature Apps\u2019 section of the app.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Also, Access to Shipping requires your Shopify store to be on the plan that supports Real-Time Carrier-Calculated Shipping<\/strong>.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

NOTE:- The featured app is available only for Singapore shipments.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

J&T EXPRESS SHIPPING FEATURE APP IS AVAILABLE ONLY FOR FULFILLMENT<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How to Activate J&T Express Shipping?<\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

To enable the feature app, all you need to do is to visit the \u201cFeatured Apps<\/strong>\u201d section of the admin panel and enable it from there.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once you click on \u201cFeature Apps\u201d, you will get the list of apps listing in this section. There, You will get the J&T Express <\/strong>feature. You just need to click the enable<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this way, you can enable the feature within your Multivendor App.

Workflow<\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

ADMIN END<\/strong><\/span>
Once you enable this feature app, a new sub-menu gets added in the Configuration menu of the app i.e. J&T Express Configuration<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Note<\/span>:- You need to have an account on J&T Express to configure the details in the app.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Before this, You need to visit the Shipping Configuration <\/span>and enable the J&T Express Shipping<\/span><\/strong> as shown in the below screenshot:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once you activate the J&T Express Shipping, you can proceed to configure the J&T Express Shipping details. Go to Configuration>>J&T Express Configuration<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To get these details configured in the app, you need to have an account in the J&T Express. Register to J&T Express!<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

So, you need to enter the J&T Express Username<\/span> & Password<\/span> in the configuration.
MARK<\/strong>:- The password you enter here will be the API password<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In case you want to manage the shipment internationally, you need to enable “International Shipping<\/span>“.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Moreover, to allow sellers to generate the shipping labels <\/span>automatically on fulfilled orders, you need to enable the tab in the configuration menu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Make Shipping<\/strong> Address Phone Number<\/strong> Mandatory<\/span><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

To use this feature add-on, the admin needs to make the Shipping<\/strong> address phone number mandatory<\/strong> at the time of checkout<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To do this, You need to go to Shopify Backend > Settings > Checkout > Under Form Options, make Shipping address phone number as Required<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SELLER PANEL<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once you configure these details, the sellers will also get the option to enable the J&T Express shipping <\/span>from the Shipping Configuration<\/strong> menu of their seller panel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Moreover, the sellers need to configure the Global Shipping Configuration<\/span> details from here:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Domestic Delivery Method:<\/span>– The seller needs to select the delivery method such as Domestic Normal, Domestic Express, Domestic 1-3 Days as per the requirement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

International Delivery Method<\/span>:- One default delivery method in case the seller manages to ship internationally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now, the seller can fulfill orders via the J&T Express shipping courier service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Shipping Label Generation<\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Both admin and seller can generate the shipping label for the fulfilled orders. Admin can configure the shipping Label details from his admin panel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Seller needs to follow the below-given steps to generate shipping labels for fulfilled orders:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
