INTRODUCTION<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Bridging the differences of Odoo Sass with Magento\u00ae!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Magento\u00ae is a widely known powerful e-commerce and when talking about Odoo Saas; it offers you abundant features without managing your own server. Bridging the differences of such crucial necessities can prove to be a perfect solution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Odoo Saas Bridge For Magento\u00ae module allows you to Synchronize the Data from Magento\u00ae Store to Odoo online Database. The user can export products, product categories and attributes to Odoo Online.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Moreover, the module also facilitates the user to export and manage, customers and orders from Magento\u00ae to Odoo. Further, the taxes, shipping methods, payment methods, currency, etc can be mapped to Odoo so they are automatically synced with the orders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once the data is exported the user can manage the Magento\u00ae store operations in the Odoo such as order fulfilment, inventory management, customer management, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

FEATURES<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
  1. The user can export the Magento\u00ae store orders to Odoo (SaaS).<\/li>
  2. The user can also choose to enable automatic order synchronization from the settings.<\/li>
  3. Once enabled, It allows real-time order sync from Magento\u00ae to Odoo.<\/li>
  4. The user can also auto-invoice and Auto deliver option for orders from settings.<\/li>
  5. The user can export Magento\u00ae customers to Odoo online.<\/li>
  6. The customers can also be set to get for automatic export along with the orders from configuration settings.<\/li>
  7. As with customers, the user can export the products, product categories and attributes to Odoo with a click.<\/li>
  8. If auto inventory sync is enabled in Magento\u00ae, the product inventory will also be automatically exported while synchronizing a new product from Magento\u00ae to Odoo(Saas).<\/li>
  9. Moreover, the stock at Odoo end gets automatically adjusted in Odoo when the order status is changed to shipped at Magento\u2019s end.<\/li>
  10. The user can map various Taxes, shipping and payment methods from Magento\u00ae to Odoo.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    WORKFLOW<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    New Odoo Configuration<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

    1.) Go to Odoo mapping >> Odoo Configuration. Here you can see the settings for Odoo Saas Bridge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    2.) Click on Create new Odoo configuration. Here you can integrate Odoo online database with Magento\u00ae.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    3.) After that, enter the details i.e. Odoo URL, Odoo Port, Odoo Database, Odoo User and Odoo User Pwd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    4.) Test the connection to see the connection status.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Default Settings<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

    5.) Next set the default settings to allow proper synchronization for Odoo Online Bridge For Magento\u00ae Module<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    6.) Select the Odoo database warehouse where you want to import the data from Magento\u00ae.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    7.) Then select the location the warehouse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    8.) Choose the default Odoo payment method to export to Odoo with the orders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    9.) Lastly, Choose the default product category to which product would be imported while synchronizing from Magento\u00ae to Odoo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Category Synchronization<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

    In the Magento\u00ae End, Click on ‘Product Category’ Menu which is available under \u2018Odoo Connector<\/strong>\u2019 tab. Here, click on \u2018Export All Categories<\/strong>\u2019 button to export categories from Magento\u00ae to Odoo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Product Synchronization<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n
    To Sync Simple Products<\/strong><\/h6>\n\n\n\n

    In the Magento\u00ae end, under the \u2018Odoo Connector<\/strong>\u2019 tab go to the \u2018Simple Products<\/strong>\u2019 and click on \u2018Export All Products<\/strong>\u2019 Button. Now, to update simple products; click on \u2018Update Normal Products On Odoo<\/strong>\u2019 button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    To Sync Configurable Products<\/strong><\/h6>\n\n\n\n

    In the Magento\u00ae end, go to the Configurable products under Odoo Connector to Export<\/strong> and Update<\/strong> configurable products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Customer Synchronization<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n

    In the Magento\u00ae end, under the \u2018Odoo Connector<\/strong>\u2019 tab go to the \u2018Customers<\/strong>\u2019 Menu. Here, click on the \u2018Export All Customers<\/strong>\u2019 button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Order Synchronization<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    In the Magento\u00ae end, under \u2018Odoo Connector<\/strong>\u2019 tab go to the Sales Order. Here, click on \u2018Export All Orders<\/strong>\u2019 button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Order Status Synchronization<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n

    When you bulk synchronize orders from Magento\u00ae to Odoo then the Order Status will be automatically synced.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Delivery Method Synchronization<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n

    In the Magento\u00ae end, under \u2018Odoo Connector<\/strong>\u2019 tab go to the Delivery Methods. After that, click on \u2018Export All Delivery Method<\/strong>\u2019 button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    In the Magento\u00ae end, under \u2018Odoo Connector<\/strong>\u2019 tab go to the Taxes Rates. Here, click on \u2018Synchronize All Taxes On Odoo<\/strong>\u2019 button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Product Synchronization<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    In Magento\u00ae End, under the \u2018Catalog<\/strong>\u2019 tab go to the \u2018Products\u2019 menu. Select the product(s) you want to sync from Magento\u00ae to Odoo <\/strong>and select Synchronize to Odoo<\/strong> in action dropdown. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Customer Synchronization<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n

    In the Magento\u00ae end, under the \u2018Customers<\/strong>\u2019 Tab go to the \u2018All<\/strong> Customers<\/strong>\u2019 Menu. Here, select the customer(s) you want to sync and click on the \u2018Synchronize To Odoo<\/strong>\u2019 button in Actions dropdown.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Order Synchronization<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n

    You can manually sync order invoice and shipment status from Magento\u00ae end. Under the \u2018Sales<\/strong>\u2019 Tab go to the \u2018Orders<\/strong>\u2019 menu. Here, select the sale order(s) you want to sync and click on the \u2018Synchronize To Odoo<\/strong>\u2019 button in Action dropdown.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Order Status Synchronization<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

    In the Magento\u00ae end, under the \u2018Sales<\/strong>\u2019 tab go to the \u2018Orders<\/strong>\u2019 menu. Here, select the sale order(s) you want to sync and click on the \u2018Syn Invoice To Odoo<\/strong>\u2019 and \u2018Sync Shipment to Odoo<\/strong>\u2019 button in Action dropdown for respective actions. Tracking Number will also sync along with order shipment synchronization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Real-Time Synchronization<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

    There is real-time synchronization from Magento\u00ae to Odoo<\/strong> for category, product, customer, order and order status.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Attribute Mapping <\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n

    At Magento\u00ae end, click on the Odoo Connector tab to reach \u2018Attribute<\/strong>\u2019 menu. Here, click on \u2018Manual Attribute Mapping<\/strong>\u2019 Button. Now, select the Magento\u00ae as well as Odoo Attribute and save the item.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    At Magento\u00ae end, click on the Odoo Connector tab to reach the \u2018Attribute Label\/Option<\/strong>\u2019 menu. Here, click on the \u2018Manual Attribute Option Mapping<\/strong>\u2019 Button. Now, select the Magento\u00ae Attribute Options as well as Odoo Attribute Value and save the item.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    At Magento\u00ae end, click on the Odoo Connector tab to reach the \u2018Category<\/strong>\u2019 menu. Here, click on \u2018Manual Category Mapping<\/strong>\u2019 Button. Now, select the Magento\u00ae as well as Odoo Category and save the item.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    At Magento\u00ae end, click on the Odoo Connector tab to reach the \u2018Product<\/strong>\u2019 menu. Here, click on \u2018Manual Product Mapping<\/strong>\u2019 Button. Now, select the Magento\u00ae as well as Odoo Product and save the item.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Note: <\/strong>Currently, you can manually map simple products only because configurable products have their own combinations. Hence, manual mapping for configurable products can cause mis-match.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Currency Mapping<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n

    At Magento\u00ae end, click on the Odoo Connector tab to reach the \u2018Currency<\/strong>\u2019 menu. Here, click on \u2018Manual Currency Mapping<\/strong>\u2019 Button. Now, select the Magento\u00ae Currency as well as Odoo Pricelist and save the item.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
