The Multi-vendor Marketplace <\/a>has come up with another shipping feature app here namely PostNL Shipping<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

With this featured app, the admin can allow sellers to manage the order fulfillment via PostNL and automatically generate shipping labels of the orders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

NOTE<\/span>:- This\u00a0PostNL shipping feature app is available only with the<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Multivendor\u00a0Pro<\/strong>\u00a0Plan<\/strong>\u00a0($60\/month). Moreover, you need to enable the\u00a0Shipping<\/a><\/strong> Add-on for FREE from the \u2018Feature Apps\u2019 section of the app.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

MARK<\/span>:- Access to Shipping requires your Shopify store to be on the plan that supports Real-Time Carrier-Calculated Shipping<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This feature app will charge you a minimal amount of $10 per month<\/strong> over and above your current Multivendor plan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

NOTE<\/strong>:- Dutch language is now supported in Shipment Type of PostNL Shipping.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How to Activate PostNL Shipping?<\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

To enable this feature within your app, all you need to do is to visit the \u201cFeatured Apps<\/strong>\u201d section of the admin panel and enable it from there.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once you click on \u201cFeature Apps\u201d, you will get the list of apps listing in this section. Now, you can scroll down to get the PostNL <\/strong>feature and click on the enable<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Click the Enable <\/strong>button to activate the feature app.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

In this way, you can enable the feature within your Multivendor App.

Workflow<\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Admin End<\/span>:-<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As soon as you enable this feature app, a new sub-menu gets added in the Configuration menu of the app i.e. PostNL Configuration. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Note:- You need to have an account on PostNL to configure the details in the app.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Before this, You need to visit the Shipping Configuration <\/span>and enable the PostNL Shipping<\/strong> as shown in the below screenshot:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As soon as you activate the PostNL Shipping, you can proceed to configure the PostNL details. Go to Configurations>>PostNL Configuration<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You need to enter the PostNL API key<\/span>, Customer Number<\/span> & Customer Code<\/span> that you get from your PostNL account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Configure Available Days for Delivery<\/span> i.e. how many days from the current date you want to allow sellers to deliver the order to the customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Choose domestic shipping service timings <\/span>when the order is to be delivered.
Enable International shipping<\/span> in case you have configured the same on the <\/span>PostNL shipping portal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Holiday Sorting:<\/span>– You can enable this if you want the order to be delivered on the holidays also as per the Belgium\/Netherlands calendar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Select a country<\/span> for the order shipment and language in which you want to show the tracking order details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once you configure these details, the sellers will also get the option to enable the PostNL shipping from the Shipping Configuration<\/strong> menu of their seller panel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Global Shipping Configuration<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Also, the sellers need to configure the Global Shipping Configuration details from here:
Shipping Duration:<\/span>– <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The seller needs to enable this tab if he\/she wants to handover the packet to the PostNL for shipment on the same day of order fulfillment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Moreover, the seller needs to configure the delivery details<\/span> based on the shipment location.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now, the shipping must be required for the products. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The seller will add\/edit the product and select any shipping method enabled in the app based on which shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Shipping Label Generation<\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Both admin and seller can generate the shipping label for the fulfilled orders. Admin can configure the shipping Label details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
