Extension Configuration<\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n After the installation of this extension, the admin can click on the CRM Module<\/strong> under Webkul CRM<\/strong> to configure the extension. <\/p>\n\n\n\nAfter clicking on the CRM Module button the admin can view the General<\/strong> configuration tab along with the Notifications <\/strong>and Mail Keyword<\/strong> tabs.<\/p>\n\n\n\nGeneral Configuration<\/h2>\n\n\n\n\nStatus –<\/strong> The admin can enable the status of the extension from here.<\/li>\n\n\n\nAbandon Cart –<\/strong> Enter the number of minutes here, if the cart is left abandoned for this time period then that account owner will be considered as a lead. The default value is 45 if left empty.<\/li>\n\n\n\nDefault Abandon Cart status –<\/strong> Select the default status of the lead when an abandoned cart is created as a lead.<\/li>\n\n\n\nWish List –<\/strong> Enter the number of minutes here, if the customer does not complete the checkout within this time period then that customer will be considered as a lead. The default value is 45 if left empty.<\/li>\n\n\n\nDefault Wish List Status –<\/strong> Select the default status of the lead when the wish list is created as a lead.<\/li>\n\n\n\nMissing Order –<\/strong> Missing order will be considered as a lead if the customer does not complete the checkout within this time period. The default value will be taken as 45 if left empty.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\nDefault Status and comment for – <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n\nMissing Order –<\/strong> Select the default status of the lead generated from the missing order.<\/li>\n\n\n\nContact Us –<\/strong> Select the default status of the lead generated from the contact us.<\/li>\n\n\n\nTask Comment –<\/strong> Enter the default task comment over here.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\nNotifications<\/h2>\n\n\n\nAfter the general tab, there is a notification tab with the following mail to admin templates – <\/p>\n\n\n\n
\nCreation of lead <\/li>\n\n\n\n Lead source creation <\/li>\n\n\n\n Lead status is changed <\/li>\n\n\n\n New lead assign mail to the agent <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\nThe admin can select the mail template for the above stages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Mail Keywords<\/h2>\n\n\n\n The admin can view the mail keywords from here.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n
Agent Roles<\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n After the configuration of the extension, the admin can proceed to create roles for the sales agents that will help the store owner to manage the customers in a better way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
After clicking on the Roles<\/strong> button the admin will be able to view the list of all the created Roles.<\/p>\n\n\n\nThe store owner can click on the add button to add a new role for the sales agents. After clicking on the add button following options will appear – <\/p>\n\n\n\n
\nUser Role Name –<\/strong> Enter the CRM User Role name here.<\/li>\n\n\n\nCRM Resources –<\/strong> Access and Modify permission for the CRM System.<\/li>\n\n\n\nOpenCart Default Resouces –<\/strong> Access and Modify permission for the default OpenCart.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\nThe store owner can provide different Access and Modify Permissions to the sales agent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The store admin can allow the CRM user for the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\nLead Source access and modification<\/li>\n\n\n\n Generate and View Leads<\/li>\n\n\n\n Convert the Leads to Opportunities<\/li>\n\n\n\n View and Create CRM Users and Roles<\/li>\n\n\n\n Manage leads by using Notes, calls logs, Mails, and tasks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\nNote – The store Owner can also choose permissions for every role by navigating though System> Users> User Groups> Select role<\/strong> and choose permissions for the same.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n
CRM Users<\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n Once the CRM user role is added, then the store owner can proceed to add a new CRM user for that the store owner can navigate through Webkul CRM> User<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\nAfter clicking on the user button the admin can view the list of all the created CRM users.<\/p>\n\n\n\nThe admin can click on the add button to add a new CRM user. <\/p>\n\n\n\nUser Basic Information<\/h2>\n\n\n\n\nFirst & Last Name – Enter the first & last name of the user. <\/li>\n\n\n\n E-Mail –<\/strong> Enter email id here.<\/li>\n\n\n\nImage –<\/strong> Upload the store agent image.<\/li>\n\n\n\nStatus –<\/strong> Select the status of the agent.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\nCreate Login Details<\/h2>\n\n\n\n\nUser Name –<\/strong> Enter the user name here.<\/li>\n\n\n\nPassword –<\/strong> Create Password <\/li>\n\n\n\nConfirm –<\/strong> Confirm the created password by entering it again.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\nCRM User Role<\/h2>\n\n\n\n\nSelect the created user role for the sales agent.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n\n
CRM Mail Templates<\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n Using the template button, the admin can add different mail templates for the CRM system. After clicking on the template button the admin will be able to view all the created mail templates.<\/p>\n\n\n\nThe mail template consists of the following – <\/p>\n\n\n\n
\nName – Enter the name of the mail.<\/li>\n\n\n\n Subject – Enter the subject here.<\/li>\n\n\n\n Message – Message body for the mail.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\nThe admin can even make use of the info tab to view the required keywords.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n
Leads<\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n After the template button, there is a lead button by using this button the admin will be able to view all the generated leads from the lead sources and can also add new lead by clicking on the add button available on the top right side.<\/p>\n\n\n\nThe admin can even edit or view the created\/generated lead and not only this the admin can even reassign the lead to another sales agent by selecting the agent name and clicking on the reassign button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n
Add New Lead from Admin Panel<\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n Once, the admin click on the add new lead button following tabs will appear – <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Contact Info<\/h2>\n\n\n\n Under contact information, the admin needs to enter the following details of the customer (lead) that can be a lead and can further be converted into an opportunity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\nFirst Name<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\nLast Name<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\nEmail Id<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\nTelephone Number<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\nJob title <\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\nCompany<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\nWebsite <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\nAddress<\/h2>\n\n\n\n Under the address tab, the admin needs to enter the address for that lead.<\/p>\n\n\n\nThe admin can even click on the default address button to set the entered address as a default address for that created lead.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Social Media Information<\/h2>\n\n\n\n After the address tab, there is a social info tab that helps the admin to add social media account information. The admin can enter the following account details of the lead.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\nTwitter Account ID<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\nLinked In Account ID<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\nInstagram ID<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\nFacebook ID<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\nGoogle Plus <\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\nYoutube <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\nLead Information<\/h2>\n\n\n\n The last tab is the lead info tab, this tab consists of the following fields – <\/p>\n\n\n\n
\nStatus –<\/strong> Select the status of the lead.<\/li>\n\n\n\nLead Source –<\/strong> Enter the lead Source.<\/li>\n\n\n\nIndustry –<\/strong> Enter the Industry for the lead requirement. <\/li>\n\n\n\nSize of Business – <\/strong>Size of the business for the lead.<\/li>\n\n\n\nRelated Products –<\/strong> Related Products.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n\n
Opportunities<\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n Once the lead status is changed to resolved then that lead is automatically converted into Opportunity.<\/p>\n\n\n\nBy clicking on the view button the admin can view the opportunity details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n
Manage Leads<\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n This module facilitates the admin with various options like – Lead Notes, Lead Mail, Lead Call Logs, Lead Task to manage all the leads in a proper manager.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Lead Notes<\/h2>\n\n\n\nUsing the Lead notes option the admin can add notes to any lead for the proper management of the lead and remember the important points for that lead. The admin can even view\/edit the created note for any lead.<\/p>\n\n\n\nFor adding a new note the admin can click on the add button and need to fill up the following details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\nLead –<\/strong> Select the lead name.<\/li>\n\n\n\nAssigned User –<\/strong> Select the assigned CRM user.<\/li>\n\n\n\nNote Comment –<\/strong> Enter the comment for the Note over here.<\/li>\n\n\n\nDate Added –<\/strong> Select the date for the note added.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\nLead Mails<\/h2>\n\n\n\n By clicking on the lead mail button the admin will be able to view all the emails sent to the lead.<\/p>\n\n\n\nThe admin can even click on the add mail button to send a new mail. After clicking on the add mail button the admin need to enter the following details – <\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n Lead –<\/strong> Select the lead for sending the mail.<\/li>\n\n\n\nCC – <\/strong>Carbon copy (use comma to separate values).<\/li>\n\n\n\nBCC –<\/strong> Blind Carbon copy (use comma to separate values).<\/li>\n\n\n\nMail Subject –<\/strong> Enter the subject here.<\/li>\n\n\n\nMail Content –<\/strong> Enter the mail content here.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\nLead Call Logs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n The admin can add call logs to the lead and can even view all the call logs of the leads.<\/p>\n\n\n\nFor adding a new call log the admin needs to enter the following details – <\/p>\n\n\n\n
\nLead –<\/strong> Select the lead name for the call.<\/li>\n\n\n\nContact Name –<\/strong> Select the contact person’s name.<\/li>\n\n\n\nPhone Number –<\/strong> Enter the phone number of the lead.<\/li>\n\n\n\nCall Subject –<\/strong> Subject for the call.<\/li>\n\n\n\nDuration –<\/strong> Time period for the call.<\/li>\n\n\n\nCall Summary –<\/strong> Conclusion of the contact (call) <\/li>\n\n\n\nDirection –<\/strong> Select direction as incoming or outgoing.<\/li>\n\n\n\nDate logged –<\/strong> Enter the date for the logged.<\/li>\n\n\n\nCall Date –<\/strong> Enter the call date.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\nLead Tasks<\/h2>\n\n\n\n The admin can even manage the lead task and can view the task for all the leads. The admin can even view\/edit any particular task.<\/p>\n\n\n\nBy clicking on the add button the admin will be able to add a new task. After clicking on the add button the admin will get two tabs as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
General<\/strong> – Consists of task name and description.<\/p>\n\n\n\nTask Info –<\/strong> Consists of Lead Name, CRM User Name, Status, and Due Date<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
