The merchant can approve the query\/answer of the customer and then only it will be visible on the product page. Only logged-in customers can add queries\/answers related to the product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wk-index-wrap\"><div class=\"block-wrap\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading index-title\">Features<\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Added menu for listing product query into the items menu bar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The customers can view all the product queries with relative product id and customers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The admin can approve\/disapprove questions and give answers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The customers can ask questions\/queries to the admin on his product.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Admin will manage all the questions and answers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&nbsp;Admin can respond to queries.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wk-index-wrap\"><div class=\"block-wrap\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading index-title\">Installation<\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Shopware provides two ways to upload the plugin to the server.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Using Command<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manual installation<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Installation using commands<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Customers will get a&nbsp;<strong>zip folder,&nbsp;<\/strong>and they have to&nbsp;<strong>extract the contents<\/strong>&nbsp;of this zip folder on their system. After extracting the <strong>WebkulQuestionAnswer&nbsp;<\/strong>&nbsp;folder, the customer&nbsp;needs to&nbsp;<strong>transfer<\/strong>&nbsp;this&nbsp;<strong>custom &gt; plugins<\/strong>&nbsp;on sw:plugin:activate WebkulQuestionAnswer<\/pre>\n\n\n\n<p>To clear the cache run this command \u2013<\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"EnlighterJSRAW\">php bin\/console sw:cache:clear<\/pre>\n\n\n\n<p>Now refresh the administration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After that, visit administration&nbsp;<strong>Configration-&gt;Plugin Manager-&gt;Installed<\/strong>, the Product Question &amp; Answer for Shopware 5plugin class=\"wk-index-wrap\"><div class=\"block-wrap\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading index-title\">Admin Management <\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>After the Product Question &amp; Answer for Shopware 5  installation and configuration, the admin will <strong>navigate to Items <\/strong>then there will be the <strong>Product Question Answer <\/strong>tab in the admin panel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
