If any product lies under various categories on which the admin has set the commission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Then, in this case, the highest commission will apply to the product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>This module is an add-on for the <a aria-label=\"Marketplace Module (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/bagisto.com\/en\/laravel-multi-vendor-marketplace\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Marketplace Module<\/a>, so the Marketplace module must be installed before installing this module.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wk-index-wrap\"><div class=\"block-wrap\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading index-title\">Features of Laravel Marketplace Advanced Commission<\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The admin can set commission on products and categories.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The admin can also set commission on categories specific to Seller.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Admin can set commission on products and categories together.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The admin can decide the type of commission as a percentage or fixed for categories.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The commission on the product will get higher priority.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Admin can also add new commission rules.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The admin can delete\/edit the commission rule.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wk-index-wrap\"><div class=\"block-wrap\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading index-title\">How to install the module<\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Customers will get a&nbsp;<strong>zip folder<\/strong>&nbsp;after purchasing the extension <strong>Unzip the extension<\/strong>&nbsp;zip and then&nbsp;<strong>merge<\/strong>&nbsp;the&nbsp;<strong>\u201cpackages\u201d&nbsp;<\/strong>folders into the project<strong>&nbsp;root directory<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Goto composer.json file and add following line under &#8216;psr-4&#8217;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"EnlighterJSRAW\">&quot;Webkul\\\\MarketplaceAdvancedCommission\\\\&quot;: &quot;packages\/Webkul\/MarketplaceAdvancedCommission\/src&quot;<\/pre>\n\n\n\n<p>Run this command:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"EnlighterJSRAW\">composer dump-autoload<\/pre>\n\n\n\n<p>Goto bootstrap\/providers.php file and add following line under array<\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"EnlighterJSRAW\">Webkul\\MarketplaceAdvancedCommission\\Providers\\MarketplaceAdvancedCommissionServiceProvider::class,<\/pre>\n\n\n\n<p>Run these commands below to complete the setup<\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"EnlighterJSRAW\">php artisan mp-advance-commission:install<\/pre>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"EnlighterJSRAW\">php artisan optimize:clear<\/pre>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wk-index-wrap\"><div class=\"block-wrap\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading index-title\">Module Configuration<\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>After the successful installation of the module, the admin can configure the module under the<strong>&nbsp;Configure&gt;&gt;Marketplace Advance Commission&nbsp;<\/strong>where there are two fields as shown in the below image:-<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full wp-duotone-unset-1\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1120\" height=\"880\" src=\"https:\/\/cdnblog.webkul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/config.webp\" alt=\"configuration\" class=\"wp-image-530019\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cdnblog.webkul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/config.webp 1120w, https:\/\/cdnblog.webkul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/config-300x236.webp 300w, https:\/\/cdnblog.webkul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/config-250x196.webp 250w, https:\/\/cdnblog.webkul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/config-768x603.webp 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1120px) 100vw, 1120px\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Use Commission Rules<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The admin can enable or disable the toggle for commission rules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Commission Type<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong>The admin can select between the&nbsp;<strong>Fixed<\/strong>&nbsp;and <strong>Percentage<\/strong> that will be applied for per category commission and per seller category commission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;Also under the<strong> Marketplace section<\/strong>, three sections are available that are<strong>&nbsp;Set Per Category Commission, Seller Category Commission, and Manage Commission rule<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Set Per Category Commission<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The admin can set the commission per category by navigating <strong>Marketplace&gt;&gt;Set Per Category Commission.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A page will open where the admin can fill the commission for each category. Each commission will only act on the product that belongs to its category.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full wp-duotone-unset-2\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1120\" Commission<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>After<strong>&nbsp;<\/strong>clicking on the Seller Category Commission the admin can see all the vendors of the Bagisto marketplace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The admin just needs to click on the&nbsp;<strong>Set category commission<\/strong>&nbsp;button and then the admin can also set commission for each seller category same as above.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Note:-&nbsp;<\/strong>If the admin has set advanced commission for both the per-category commission and seller category commission then seller category commission will apply first.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Manage Commission Rule<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>This rule will only apply when the admin has set it as&nbsp;<strong>&#8220;Yes&#8221;<\/strong>&nbsp;in the set commission rule under the configuration setting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full wp-duotone-unset-4\"><img \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Commission Type:-<\/strong>&nbsp;The admin can select between the<strong>&nbsp;fixed<\/strong>&nbsp;and the&nbsp;<strong>percentage.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Product price from &#8211;<\/strong>The admin needs to enter the initial amount of the products from which the admin wants to set the commission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Product price to:-<\/strong>&nbsp;The admin also needs to enter the last amount of the product until which the admin wants to set the commission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Commission:-<\/strong>The admin can set the commission amount in this field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Click on the <strong>Save Commission<\/strong> Button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wk-index-wrap\"><div class=\"block-wrap\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading index-title\"><strong>What is the difference between fixed and percentage commission?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>For example, if the admin has set a commission of 50 and a fixed commission, and the product price is $150 then the commission will be $50.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the case of the commission set as 50 and percentage, and the product price is 150 then the admin commission will be $75.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong>&nbsp;If the seller category commission &gt; Product price in the category then the admin global commission will be applied.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wk-index-wrap\"><div class=\"block-wrap\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading index-title\">Admin Order Details<\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>The admin can see the order details and the commission under Marketplace&gt;&gt;Orders as shown
