One of the drawbacks of POS is the feedback system. Due to this, customers can\u2019t review their shopping experience. But what if I tell you that we have solved the problem?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Odoo POS Customer Review Screen permits you to add a customer-facing feedback screen for your Odoo POS. Moreover, this screen works with your main POS Shop Screen and displays a Feedback and ratings form to the customer once the order is validated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Customers can give feedback and rate the store shopping experience using the additional screen. Also, you can project the review screen on multiple displays without an actual physical connection to the Odoo POS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you run multiple POS Shops, each can be configured to have its independent Review Screen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

First, you must install this module in your system for the <\/em>Odoo POS Customer Review Screen module<\/em> to work correctly.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Let\u2019s look at the concise feature list of the Odoo POS Customer Review Screen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Add a customer-facing rating screen to your Odoo POS.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. The review screen module auto-sync the POS shop and Customer Review Screen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

  9. You can view all the feedback and ratings in the Odoo backend.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

    INSTALLATION<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    1. Once you purchase the App from Webkul store, you will receive the link to download the zip file of the module.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Extract the file on your system after the download finishes. You will be able to see a folder named- \u2018pos_customer_review_screen.\u2019<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Copy and paste this folder inside your Odoo Add-Ons path.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Now, open the Odoo App and click on the Settings menu. Here, click on Activate the Developer Mode.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Then, open the Apps menu and click on \u2018Update Modules List.\u2019<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    6. In the search bar, remove all the filters and search \u2018pos_customer_review_screen.\u2019<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    7. You will be able to see the module in the search result. Click on \u2018Install<\/strong>\u2019 to install it.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      WORKFLOW<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      Let\u2019s configure the Odoo POS Customer Review Screen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      CONFIGURE THE POS SCREEN<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      1. Once installed, go to \u2018Point of Sales> POS Customer Screen> POS Screen Configuration> Create.\u2019<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      NOTE: <\/strong>You can <\/strong>only configure one review screen for each POS Shop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      2. On the new page, enter the IP address, POS Config (the shop to use), welcome screen, heading, subheading, and body content. Also, the \u2018Go To Customer Screen\u2019<\/strong> will open the customer screen in a new tab once you are done with the customer review screen configuration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Or you can copy the \u2018Custom Display URL\u2019 <\/strong>and paste it on any browser on any display screen to launch the customer screen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      You can also add the \u2018Promotional Picture\u2019<\/strong> for Customer Review Welcome Screen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
