Click on&nbsp;<strong>\u201cActivate Plugin\u201d<\/strong>&nbsp;to activate the installed plugin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thus, the installation of the WooCommerce Warehouse Management completes.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wk-index-wrap\"><h3 class=\"index-title\">Admin Configurations<\/h3><\/div><div class=\"margin-bottom-50\">\n<p>After successfully installing the WooCommerce Warehouse Management module, the admin needs to configure the following features to manage&nbsp;the Warehouse Management System-<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All Managers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All Warehouses<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tote\/Basket<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Orders<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Configuration<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Configuration<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>After the successful installation of the WooCommerce warehouse management module, the admin will have to enter API credentials by navigating through the <strong>Warehouse management&gt; Configuration&gt; General<\/strong> to set the basic configuration of the module.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here, under the <strong>general<\/strong> section, the admin will have to enter a few details:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Username:<\/strong> The admin needs to enter the username of WMS APIs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Password:<\/strong> Enter the password for WMS APIs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>FCM Notification API Key:<\/strong> Enter the server key of your&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/firebase.google.com\/\">Firebase<\/a>&nbsp;account. Check this&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/webkul.com\/blog\/generate-api-key-fcm-sender-id\/\">article<\/a>&nbsp;to know how you can generate the FCM server key.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Uploading products through CSV<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Under the <strong>Advance<\/strong> section, the admin can assign products into the warehouse by uploading a CSV file. Here, the admin can choose a CSV file and then click on continue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The admin can download the sample of the CSV file&nbsp;and can also see the below image for the sample of the CSV file:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After uploading the CSV file, the admin will need to map CSV file fields to the product fields. The location entered for each product will be the row, column shelves, and rack location at which the admin wants to place the product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once the product fields are mapped then the admin will need to click on <strong>Run the Importer<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Now, after clicking on <strong>Run the Importer<\/strong>, the products in the CSV file can be imported as shown in the below image.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">All Managers<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Here, the admin can search, edit, add and can delete the multiple created warehouse managers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Now the admin can click on <strong>Add New<\/strong> and add various warehouse managers as shown in the below image:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Further, the admin will now have to enter various fields.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Username:<\/strong> Enter the username of the warehouse manager.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>First Name:<\/strong> The admin can enter the first name of the warehouse manager.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Last Name:<\/strong> Enter the last name of the warehouse manager.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Password:<\/strong> Enter the password of the warehouse manager.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Email: <\/strong>Enter the email ID of the warehouse manager.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Contact Number:<\/strong> The admin will enter the contact number of the warehouse manager.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Date of Birth:<\/strong> Select the date of birth of the warehouse manager.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Gender:<\/strong> Here, the admin will select the gender of the warehouse manager.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Street Address:<\/strong> Enter the address of the warehouse manager.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Status:<\/strong> Also, the admin can select the status as enable or disable.<br>After entering all the fields the admin will have to click on <strong>Save<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">All Warehouses<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Here, the admin can search, edit, add new, delete and can manage various warehouses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The admin can click on <strong>Add New <\/strong>to create new warehouses and architecture structure for those warehouses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here, the admin will have to enter various details to add warehouse and architecture structure as described below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Name:<\/strong> Enter the name of the warehouse<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Manager:<\/strong> Select the created warehouse manager<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Country:<\/strong> Select the name of the country<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>State:<\/strong> Here, the admin can select the state where the warehouse is located.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>City:<\/strong> Enter the city of the warehouse<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Postal Code:<\/strong> Here, the admin will have to enter the postal code<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Address:<\/strong> Enter the address of the warehouse<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Low Threshold:<\/strong> The quantity entered will be set as a threshold after which the admin will be notified if product quantity in the warehouse is low.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Status:<\/strong> Also the admin can enable or disable the status of the warehouse.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Rows:<\/strong> Here, the admin will have to enter the number of rows.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Columns:<\/strong> Enter the number of columns<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Shelves:<\/strong> The admin can enter the number of shelves<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Racks:<\/strong> Enter the number of racks<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Tote\/Basket:<\/strong> Here, the admin will have to enter the number of baskets\/totes<br>Also, after entering all the details the admin will have to click on <strong>save<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Manage Warehouses<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Further, the admin can also manage the warehouse by clicking on <strong>manage<\/strong>. After clicking on manage the admin can view details of the warehouse and its structure under the <strong>details<\/strong> section.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A list of products will show under the <strong>products<\/strong> section that includes Product image, name, quantity, location, type of product, actual stock, available stock, and barcode.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The admin can assign quantities to various products. Unassign products, and print barcode in bulk via checkbox, even can edit the products under the <strong>products<\/strong> section.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Also, the admin can assign the location for the products. The admin can select a particular row, column, shelves for product and then assign the products to racks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the shelves are empty then the color of shelves will be green. If the shelves are semi occupied then the color will be yellow and if all the racks of the shelves are fully occupied then the color of the shelves will be red.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After clicking on the shelve, the admin can assign products to racks. Once the admin clicks on shelve, then a pop-up menu will arrive as shown in the image below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After selecting the products and assigning them quantities, the admin will need to click on <strong>Allocate<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After allocating the products in particular racks, the admin can also reassign or <strong>deallocate<\/strong> the products from racks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Now, when the products will be allocated the color of shelves will change as shown below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here, the color of shelve B in row 1 column 1 has become red which signifies that the shelve is fully-occupied.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Manage Tote\/Basket<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In this section, the admin can print barcodes for the products either in bulk or separately. The admin can also <strong>search<\/strong> products by <strong>SKU<\/strong> and by the <strong>warehouse<\/strong> name.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Order Management<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Here, the admin can view various orders and can manage orders by assigning warehouse and warehouse managers for those orders.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wk-index-wrap\"><h3 class=\"index-title\">Warehouse Management app<\/h3><\/div><div class=\"margin-bottom-50\">\n<p>The first screen of the app is called as the <strong>splash screen<\/strong>. As shown in the image the red color shows that the order is <strong>initiated<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wk-two-columns\">\n<div class=\"wk-columns --left\">\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" The Warehouse manager can add multiple totes for a single order.
