href=\"https:\/\/store.webkul.com\/laravel-ecommerce-multi-tenant-saas.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Bagisto SaaS platform<\/a> sell out-of-stock products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Each company gets its own <a href=\"https:\/\/store.webkul.com\/laravel-ecommerce-pre-order.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">preorder<\/a> settings, attributes and records, so tenant data never mixes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wk-index-wrap\"><div class=\"block-wrap\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading index-title\">Requirements of Laravel eCommerce PreOrder SaaS<\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>This add-on needs the <a href=\"https:\/\/store.webkul.com\/laravel-ecommerce-multi-tenant-saas.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Bagisto SaaS (Multi-Tenant) platform<\/strong><\/a> installed first.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It builds on the base <strong>Laravel PreOrder<\/strong> module, which ships and installs together with it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This release targets <strong>Bagisto v2.4.11<\/strong>, <strong>Bagisto SaaS v2.4.11.0<\/strong> and <strong>PreOrder v2.4.11.0<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wk-index-wrap\"><div class=\"block-wrap\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading index-title\">Feature List of Laravel eCommerce PreOrder SaaS<\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Allows the preorder feature for out-of-stock Simple and Configurable products.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Each tenant (company) can enable or disable preorder independently from its own admin panel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Two preorder types set by the admin: Partial Payment and Complete Payment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Admin can set the percentage that the customer must pay in advance for Partial Payment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Admin can add a custom preorder message (channel and locale based) shown on the product page.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Per-product settings: Allow Preorder, Preorder Qty and Product Availability date.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Maximum Preorder Quantity<\/strong> caps how many units a product without its own Preorder Qty can take.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Accept Preorders Until<\/strong> closes reservations on a chosen date.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cancel Unpaid Balance After (Days)<\/strong> cancels a reservation whose balance stays unpaid for too long.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The storefront shows a Preorder button in place of Add To Cart on the product page, listing cards and wishlist.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The product page shows the amount to pay now and the expected availability date.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A confirmation email reaches the customer the moment they place the preorder.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The store emails customers automatically when the product comes back in stock (if enabled).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reminder emails go out daily to customers whose item has arrived while the balance is still unpaid.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Admin can also notify customers manually from the preorder listing with the Notify Customer mass action.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The admin order page shows payment type, status, amount paid, amount remaining and a link to the balance order.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Shipment and refund stay blocked while a reservation still owes money.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Multi-tenant ready: preorder attributes are auto-provisioned per company and all preorder data is company-scoped.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The super admin can switch preorder on or off for each subscription plan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A read-only super admin panel reports the installed It applies to Partial Payment and accepts 0.01 to 99.9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Message<\/strong> is a custom note (max 150 characters, channel and locale based) shown on the product page.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Enable Automatic Mail<\/strong> sends the stock-notification email when the product returns to stock.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Maximum Preorder Quantity<\/strong> caps any product that carries no Preorder Qty of its own.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Accept Preorders Until<\/strong> is the last day the store takes reservations, written as YYYY-MM-DD.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cancel Unpaid Balance After (Days)<\/strong> is the grace period before the scheduled job cancels an unpaid balance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Every value above belongs to that company alone. Consequently, one store can run a 50% deposit while its neighbour asks for the full amount.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step-by-Step: Configure Preorder for a Tenant<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Log in to the tenant admin panel and open <strong>Configure<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Next, choose <strong>Preorder<\/strong> and then <strong>Settings<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Switch <strong>Enable PreOrder<\/strong> on.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Then pick a <strong>Preorder Type<\/strong>, and set <strong>Preorder Percent<\/strong> for a partial payment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Write the storefront <strong>Message<\/strong> that customers read on the product page.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Optionally set the three limits: quantity cap, closing date and auto-cancel window.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Finally, click <strong>Save Configuration<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wk-index-wrap\"><div class=\"block-wrap\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading index-title\">Preorder Type in Laravel eCommerce PreOrder SaaS<\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>The admin selects how the customer pays for a preordered product with the Preorder Type option.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Partial Payment<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>In Partial Payment, the customer pays only the configured percentage of the price to reserve the product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They pay the remaining amount later, once the product is back in stock.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Here is a brief example.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Product Price<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Preorder Percent<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Paid Now (Advance)<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Remaining Amount<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td>$100<\/td><td>20%<\/td><td>$20<\/td><td>$80<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>$500<\/td><td>30%<\/td><td>$150<\/td><td>$350<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>$1000<\/td><td>50%<\/td><td>$500<\/td><td>$500<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The customer pays the advance while placing the preorder. Logged-in customers land on the order view.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Guests reach a secure token-based complete-preorder page instead.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Both scheduled jobs run once inside every tenant, against that store&#8217;s own settings, stock and domain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step-by-Step: Notify Customers Manually<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Open the <strong>Preorder<\/strong> menu in the tenant admin.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tick the reservations whose customers you want to reach.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Choose <strong>Notify Customer<\/strong> from the mass-action list.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Finally, confirm the action and check that the <strong>Email Sent<\/strong> column turns to Yes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wk-index-wrap\"><div class=\"block-wrap\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading index-title\">Completing the Preorder in Laravel eCommerce PreOrder SaaS<\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>The customer views and completes their <a href=\"https:\/\/store.webkul.com\/laravel-ecommerce-pre-order.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">preorder<\/a> from <strong>My Account &gt;
