Till now, your customers had no option to manage orders on their own once they purchase any seller&#8217;s products. Keeping this in mind, we have integrated the <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"Customer Order Management App (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/webkul.com\/blog\/shopify-customer-order-management\/\" target=\"_blank\">Customer Order Management App<\/a> in the Multi-vendor Marketplace App. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Now, you can allow sellers to let their customer&#8217;s manage orders. Sellers, on the other hand, update the order status from their respective seller panels. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can enable the <strong>Customer Order Management Configuration<\/strong> tab from the <strong>COM Configuration<\/strong> &amp; activate the option for customers to manage orders of their respective seller&#8217;s products. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thus, customer can easily raise&nbsp;<strong>RMA<\/strong> (Return, Cancel or Exchange) request, <strong>invoice<\/strong> request, request the admin to&nbsp;<strong>change their shipping address<\/strong>, and <strong>reorder<\/strong>&nbsp;their previous purchase. Accordingly, the status will be updated in the app.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The app is <strong>FREE<\/strong> of cost but you have to pay for the integration that will cost you<strong> $15 USD\/month<\/strong> over &amp; above your current Multi-vendor App plan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wk-index-wrap\"><h3 class=\"index-title\"> Features<\/h3><\/div><div class=\"margin-bottom-50\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Customers can&nbsp;<strong>raise RMA requests<\/strong> from their &#8220;My Account&#8221; section.<\/li><li>Customers can&nbsp;<strong>request for order Invoice<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Moreover, customers can&nbsp;<strong>reorder their previous purchase<\/strong>&nbsp;&amp;&nbsp;<strong>get discount benefits<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Customer can request the admin to&nbsp;<strong>change their shipping address<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Once your customers are happy with the service you provide, you can easily get your sales rolling. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wk-index-wrap\"><h3 class=\"index-title\">How to Enable this Feature App?<\/h3><\/div><div class=\"margin-bottom-50\">\n<p>To enable the Customer Order Management feature app, you need to visit the \u201cFeatured Apps\u201d section of Multivendor admin panel. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There, You can search for the Customer Order Management Feature App. Once you get this feature, you need to click on the \u201c<strong>Enable<\/strong>\u201d button to activate this feature in Multivendor app.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You will be asked to <a href=\"https:\/\/apps.shopify.com\/customer-order-management-by-webkul\">install<\/a> the Customer Order Management app to your Shopify store. sections. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Let&#8217;s see how customers manage orders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wk-index-wrap\"><h3 class=\"index-title\">Customer End<\/h3><\/div><div class=\"margin-bottom-50\">\n<p>As soon as the Customer places an order, he\/she will get these options to Request Return, Request Invoice and Reorder and Change Shipping Address.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cdnblog.webkul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/Order-1172-%E2%80%93-tarang-store1.png\" alt=\"customer Order Management\" class=\"wp-image-199946\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Once the Customer\u2019s order gets fulfilled, he\/she can get the three options in their \u201cMy Account\u201d section i.e&nbsp;<strong>Return<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>Request, Request Invoice, Reorder.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cdnblog.webkul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/Order-1172-%E2%80%93-tarang-store1-1.png\" alt=\"Order Management\" class=\"wp-image-199948\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wk-index-wrap\"><h3 class=\"index-title\"><strong>\u00a0REQUEST\u00a0RETURN<\/strong><\/h3><\/div><div class=\"margin-bottom-50\">\n<p><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Soon after the order gets placed, the customer will get the Cancel Request option.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cdnblog.webkul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/Order-Management-%E2%80%93-tarang-store1.png\" alt=\"customer Order Management\" class=\"wp-image-199950\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The customer needs to fill all the details while canceling an order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cdnblog.webkul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/Order-Management-%E2%80%93-tarang-store1-1.png\" alt=\"return\" class=\"wp-image-199951\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>As soon as the customer requests for canceling an order, the respective seller of the ordered product can update the status from the seller panel. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seller Panel&gt;&gt;<strong>Orders<\/strong>&gt;&gt;<strong>Order Listing<\/strong> (drop-down menu)&gt;&gt;<strong>Edit<\/strong> (Action menu)&gt;&gt; Click <strong>Edit<\/strong> button (Return Request List).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cdnblog.webkul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/Order-Details-Seller-%E2%80%A2-Multivendor-MarketPlace-4-1.png\" alt=\"edit\" class=\"wp-image-199959\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Seller will click the <strong>Edit<\/strong> button &amp; Once the request is submitted, the customer can view the request status on his\/her end.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this way, the customer can change the shipping address of any unfulfilled item even after placing the order.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wk-index-wrap\"><h3 class=\"index-title\">Order Lookup<\/h3><\/div><div class=\"margin-bottom-50\">\n<p>Customers who don\u2019t have their account on your Shopify store can also manage their orders using Order Lookup functionality. It is the simplest way to manage orders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Similarly, customers with disabled accounts can also perform various actions on any of their order within the app. Admin can create a menu named \u201cOrder Lookup\u201d on the frontend.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Visiting this page, Customer can enter their order ID and email address and click on the \u201c<strong>Lookup<\/strong>\u201d button to proceed.
