The extracted folder has &#8211; <strong>admin<\/strong>, <strong>catalog<\/strong>, <strong>ocmod<\/strong>, <strong>system<\/strong> &amp;<strong> theme_patch <\/strong>folders. If the number of days will exceed from order date to Return requesting date then the customer can not request a Return of that order.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Order Status for Return:<\/strong> Configure the order status the admin wants to allow customers to place Return Requests for the orders.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Return Type<\/strong>: Enable or Disable the return type of the module.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Complete Order Status<\/strong>: Configure the complete order status which is used for the order status.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Allowed Image Extension<\/strong>: Also, configure the image and file extensions in which the customers can upload in their Return Requests.<\/li>\n<li><strong>The Allowed File Extension<\/strong>: Enter the file extensions that can be used by the customers<\/li>\n<li><strong>Allowed File\/Image Size<\/strong>: Set the maximum image and file size which the customers can upload in their return requests.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Return Policy:<\/strong>\u00a0Create terms and conditions for Return Requests and show them to customers. And the customers will be able to select and use these reasons while requesting the returns.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"panel panel-info\">\n<div class=\"panel-heading\">\n<h3 class=\"panel-title\"><strong>Manage Mapped Products<\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<div>Under this section, the store owner\/admin can find the list of all the products for which the returns have been enabled.
